Hermanos Jalisco Grill

I tried Hermanos Jalisco Grill for the first time today, and it was a complete disappointment.

I ordered a carne asada burrito with beans and rice, and it was terrible. There was almost no meat, barely any beans, and it was overloaded with rice. For such an expensive burrito, the quality and portions were unacceptable.

I went in expecting a real Mexican burrito 🌯 and left extremely disappointed. This was without a doubt my first and last visit to this place.

tried this place because of the high reviews, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The food didn’t feel authentic, and the protein portion was very small my burrito was mostly rice and beans. Prices are high for what you get, and you can get a better meal at a sit-down Mexican restaurant for the same price. Sadly, we won’t return.

New to the area and this is my first time trying this place out. I've been skeptical because I've tried other Mexican food in the area and it's been very disappointing. I ordered a carnitas burrito and hands down, best Mexican food! Very authentic. All the flavors were there. Loved how clean the restaurant is, that's a plus. Thank you so much for your fast service and delicious food.

The food was good, I was expecting a little bit more like the other Jaliscos that I have been to but it was still good. Maybe less the items on your menu, they all feel like the same thing.

First time ordering from here and it will be my last! I ordered a burrito with no rice and they gave me onions instead and charged extra for onion. I didn’t ask for onions!! They are all about extra charges! Such a rip off. Not very friendly either. Expensive burrito. Safe to say I will go elsewhere for my burrito fix. Maybe other items on there are better but won’t bother trying.

This is literally THE worst Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. There is zero flavor and the refried beans do not taste right. There bean cheese and rice burritos are almost all cheese and honestly I can’t even finish what I bought its so bad.

I ordered the super wet burrito, expecting it to come with guacamole as it says on the menu. When I found out it didn’t, I went back to request a new one. It’s very frustrating to find out the remade one still didn’t include the guacamole. Save your money and your appetite to places that actually honor what they advertise

I only just realized I’ve been coming to this place religiously and always ordering the same thing the birria plate. The service is great, and the atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming. I always choose to sit outside and enjoy the patio, which adds to the experience. Honestly, I’ve never felt the need to try anything else because the birria, with its tender beef and perfectly melted cheese, is absolutely to die for.

The customer service we received was great & the food tasted really good. They were polite & checked on us to see if we needed anything else. We ordered Mar y Tierra Burrito, Tacos A La Cart, Ceviche Tostada & the Taco Plate. My tacos in the foto look a bit plain cause I don't eat cheese, salsa or onions. Otherwise they would look alot bigger.
