Everything was amazing! We got edamame, 3 sushi rolls and Tonkatsu Ramen all of it was fresh and flavorful. I was skeptical about the edamame but that was also wonderful. Their service was great as well as the atmosphere! We will be back for sure, this is definitely my new go-to sushi place!

The have a large menu selection, the staff is friendly and it is one of those family run places where you are guaranteed to get good food and good service. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasant surprise! We just tried this place while out running errands. The location is very convenient, cute and cozy atmosphere, delicious food - very fresh and excellent quality. Reasonably priced, too, and the staff were super sweet. Added to short list of local faves!

Do not order sashimi the part that we have ordered not a sashimi at all see a picture. I did some order to go but realized at home that they forgot to add a miso soup that I’ve paid. Please use these money for improvement of your service. I don’t like the sashimi that you made, because of mysterious fishes that you try to mask as real fish pieces. Do you really think that all you customers that stupid?

Sauce heavy, blowtorch flavored. Not my thing, but it was ok. I liked the spider roll, only qualm is not super crispy.
Great local family restaurant. Quality fresh fish at a reasonable price. Food options are plentiful. Very quick service. I highly recommend this place. Their Maguro Nigiri is very fresh.

I wish I would have taken pictures of my sushi rolls, the rolls were delicious, fish tasted fresh! And the presentation was beautiful. This is now my number one spot when I am in Folsom!! Dont hesitate! Its worth it! Service was also great! And can't forget the Ice cold beer.

It’s great to see Folsom is expanding with their variety of food options, especially when it comes to sushi. Finding a sushi place that isn’t some sort of “fusion” is hard to find here sometimes and but glad to say Hokkaido Sushi is not that type of place. Decided to give this place a try while waiting for my car to be maintained and glad I did! Went to dine in a little after they just opened up and was greeted with a smile. Ordered the miso soup, edamame and Sakura roll. The miso was refreshing on this type of chilly and warm day. Edamame was lightly salted just how I liked and the Sakura roll tasted fresh. The prices were very affordable as well considering they are in Folsom. With good food, good prices and a good environment, there’s not much more you can ask for.
