The owner is such a great guy! Very attentive to guests and is very polite. The food is absolutely wonderful and very much worth the trip and wait. I absolutely love the decor and style of the restaurant! The food is also 99% gluten free!!!

We all roll up for each employees birthday. About 5-9 deep, there's a large seating arrangement in the back area for large families. Good job to bill the owner for all his hard work and services.

Nothing negative about this place. The busy events in the Old Downtown Folsom sometimes make parking a little difficult but it is always worth it. The dishes are generous and super delicious. The servers are always spot on. The decor makes you feel like you're in an old time bistro or tearoom. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

#ShelbyDaPooch (service animal) and I visited here for the first time. We were seated right away in a Cozy booth. Shortly a pot of tea and a chavei were delivered. The tea was good. The nice older man than came by to take our order and to deliver our dinnerware. We ordered an order of egg rolls and beef egg foo young. After a short wait the egg rolls arrived. Steamy hot with a delicious dipping sauce. As I partook in the egg rolls #ShelbyDaPooch awaited patiently. Soon after a huge plate of white rice and beef egg foo young were delivered. A beautiful display of culinary delight. There was plenty of food (for Shelby and I), so I ended up with a dinner for tomorrow as well. I have to say that it was the best Chinese food I've had since I've been here (we are from Portland). We will definitely be back. Yes, the food was that good. #ShelbyDaPooch and I give it 2 🐾 and 2 👍👍 up !!!!!!

Hop Sing Palace has the best Chinese food anywhere. I've been going there 40 plus years! Bill works 7 days a week. I'll continue to go there anytime I want chinese food. They have the best egg rolls ever!

Great atmosphere and extremely attentive, friendly service. The two soups we ordered were great (hot and sour) and (chicken wonton) both had a great flavor. However, the other plates we ordered were lacking any type of flavor/ seasoning (chicken soft noodle chow mein, shrimp fried rice and sizzling chicken).
Kind staff and cute atmosphere .. Not too happy tho our family felt sick after eating here today & my son had an allergic reaction too so that wasn’t fun.

Yummy food, good prices and portions. It's the only Asian food that my husband, with a MSG allergy doesn't have a problem with even though other places tell us there is no MSG in their food.
We particularly love their egg rolls, chowmein, hot & sour soup and pork with green beans.
