Servers are always so friendly and attentive to their tables, and can accommodate for everything. Come here for the best Chinese-American cuisine in the state.

Situated in old Folsom with a spacious parking lot conveniently located across the street. I've been eager to give this place a try ever since it was showcased on Lisa Ling's docuseries 'Take Out'. We went for the lunch combination plates and decided to customize the options for a small extra charge. The service was excellent, our order was taken promptly, and our food arrived fast and piping hot!

This place is a delightful step back in time. Ambiance is casual tufted booths or large round tables. The dining room is clean, but lighting is a little low or hard to see upon entering from outside. Service was prompt and pleasant. Food is FABULOUS. I can't say this enough. I have not enjoyed authentic chinese food like this in decades. Plenty of sprouts and fresh veggies in chowmein. I ordered mine Hong Kong thin pan-fried noodles. Ample pieces of meat included in anything you select, servings plentiful enough for two. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. I will be back, but don't you miss this place if you are in Folsom.

Loved it! Old fashioned place where they really looked after you. Greeted @ the door by presumedly the owner. Servers were very accommodating & kind. Food was delicious! We had pot stickers, spicy eggplant (not very spicy), Mushu pork & Kung Pao chicken. My husband wasn't thrilled with the Kung Pao, but I thought it was great. Large portions where we took home enough for 2 more meals. Prices were very reasonable. We'll be back.

I think I found a new favorite authentic Chinese restaurant! The food is really good. The ambience is very charming, you would feel you're at a real old fashioned classic restaurant and I love that! The service was good too. Definitely I'll be back soon.

First time customer - ordered takeout. The sweet & sour Chicken wasn’t edible. There was a bad after taste - worst Chinese food ever. Bummer as we’d heard great things about Hop Sing. I called to let them know something was wrong with the food, they said okay, put me in hold and I waited and waited for the person to come back but in the line but she never did. Terrible experience all around.
