For my birthday, I decided to get a new outfit and went to Palladio to take a look. Got some clothes, and I was thinking about dinner, maybe getting a little cake. Low and behold, I walk by this place. I stop inside, ask a couple questions, and just so others don't try to loophole, I got a blackberry cupcake (which tasted like a blueberry muffin with icing, still delicious) and the lovely young lady who was at the desk yesterday really helped to make my day. Thank you so much!! <3

I brought my 7 year-old in to use the bathroom and got her a Red Velvet cupcake while we were at it. Her exact words were: “It’s like a dream inside my soul that comes from Heaven.” After taking a bite myself, I wholeheartedly agree.

Kid-friendliness: Very kind of the lady working here to let my 7 year-old use the bathroom even before we thought we’d buy something. Cute little tables if you want to eat inside with your kiddo.

I came in to order two cupcakes and the girl informed me that it’s an extra charge $.25 for the 2nd box ? I asked why are you charging me for a box to put my second cupcake in? Because some people reuse the boxes, what a lame reason, she also stated it’s ok just $.25 so I leftI’m not gonna pay $.25 for a box to put my second cupcake in that is ridiculous and outright scamming customers!! I will never come back!!
