Incredible gluten free options. Best cupcakes ever WOW!!

I've been here about three or four times. Every time I buy a vegan cupcake I am impressed. I've tried a few chocolates and a carrot. I think they are on par with Pushkins.

Went to pick up cupcakes from the Folsom branch, ordered for a birthday. Got there and was given 5 cupcakes for an order worth $67. Informed the girl that I ordered a dozen and 4 cupcakes, she in turn showed me that I only ordered 1 not 12. Explained to her that in the order line it says by the dozen so I ordered 1 dozen, that I do not want to order 12 dozen. Also showed her that in that 1 order I was charged $50.22, it couldn’t be for 1 cupcake right? I asked for a refund for the whole order. She then told me I need to call them and she has nothing to do with the order. I asked her if she could at least call for me since I am in their store, said I guess she can. I verbalized to her that this is a very frustrating situation and I understand it is not her fault and neither it is mine. She looked me straight in the eye and told me it is not her problem. In response, I told her that that is sad that she feels that way because to me she represents the store. They just lost a customer forever because of their poor customer treatment.

The absolute best cupcakes in this world. You cannot go wrong with any flavor. Wow!!!!

Quaint little spot to get a cupcake 🧁… Mine was Gluten Free and was the Boston cream. Way flavorful bliss.

For my birthday, I decided to get a new outfit and went to Palladio to take a look. Got some clothes, and I was thinking about dinner, maybe getting a little cake. Low and behold, I walk by this place. I stop inside, ask a couple questions, and just so others don't try to loophole, I got a blackberry cupcake (which tasted like a blueberry muffin with icing, still delicious) and the lovely young lady who was at the desk yesterday really helped to make my day. Thank you so much!! <3

I brought my 7 year-old in to use the bathroom and got her a Red Velvet cupcake while we were at it. Her exact words were: “It’s like a dream inside my soul that comes from Heaven.” After taking a bite myself, I wholeheartedly agree.

Kid-friendliness: Very kind of the lady working here to let my 7 year-old use the bathroom even before we thought we’d buy something. Cute little tables if you want to eat inside with your kiddo.

We love their cupcakes! The carrot cake is my favorite. The death by chocolate is my man’s favorite. I love them so much I ordered a whole bunch for my 50th birthday! The service is always perfect. Join the club and get the discounts, you too will be hooked!
