IHOP has really gone down hill lately, I don't know if they were short staffed or what but it was not a great visit. Food took forever to get, no waters brought out, no check ups on how we were doing, paid extra for burnt toast that came with no butter and barely enough jam to choke it down with, and the check dropped off before we were halfway done with our food to let us know they were done serving us. On top of all that when I tried to pay with my card they said their machine was down and that it happens regularly. Luckily I had enough cash on me but if I hadn't, how long would I have had to wait for them to get back online? I know they can't control that but if it's a regular occurrence then you should have it looked into.

Have been waiting for almost a for a 2 breakfast order. Drank all my coffee and still waiting. Had to ask 3 times for water. Wanted a milk shake and was told they had no ice cream until tomorrow. Will definitely not be coming back again. Would give 0 if that was a choice.

Literally 4 times gave me meat when I didn’t order it in my omelette. I’ve tried 4 different times and continue to make mistakes. What a joke!

The food (breakfast) was pretty good but the prices are a little steep for what you get. The omelettes we got were very good. They get you on the coffee which is $4.89 per person which is absurd, but very good coffee. Had 2 orders of omelettes and coffee and came to $48.00 before tip. The service was pretty good and the waitress was attentive to our needs. So if you don't mind the prices then a good choice for breakfast.

The service was pretty good and the waitress was attentive to our needs.
