There’s a new sheriff in town! I came inside here recently, against what I thought was my better judgment. The few previous times I came in, it was consistently dirty. There was an obvious difference this time, the walls, the floor, the tables and counters all looked like it’s been cleaned consistently. They must have new management. Good job! Eggrolls were as good as always. The burger was good but pricey. To be fair, I guess the prices have increased everywhere.

Always a bad experience here. The employees have terrible attitude always get my order wrong. And the waiting time is insane! Don’t come here. Just go to Carls. Corporate has to do something about this store or franchise. Whatever this place is or better management no wonder this place is always empty. I gave up on this place never coming back.

Worst customer service I've ever had and it was very disrespectful. The guy that took our order was so rude and didn't even do his job right forgot my order and didn't even put napkins in or anything. Talked to me and my wife like as if he hated us. I hope someone does something about this because it was ridiculous. Also looked dirty and unprofessional with his butt hanging out showing his underwear. Fresh tattoo it looked like uncovered and was completely dirty looking. Never going back here. Definitely talking to the managers in the morning about this as well.

Out of food? How does a restaurant run out of their base products? Classic Crispy Jack Wrap. They took my order and didn't tell me that they were out. Get to the window, and she tells me that they've been out for days. Offered me the grilled version, but that wasn't what I wanted.

Got my order entirely incorrect. I asked for a recipt then was told they put it in the bag, which they did not. Also won't pick up the phones either, no wonder why. I don't suggest this place at all. Very unhappy and now eating food i didn't even order.

I love it when the employees go from taking cash to cooking food without washing their hands. I just love thinking about the lady doing the drive thru and cash register also cook without gloves. Don't worry the manager was wearing gloves.
