Ordered a açaí primo bowl, but it was way to liquidy and not even filled properly. For $12.50 this needs to be better. I go to vitality bowl and get a bowl that’s 3 times bigger for the same price and isn’t soupy. Please look elsewhere for bowls.

Clean and fast. The kids enjoy watching the employees make the smoothies. Not all Jamba juices have that so it was nice. This location is everything you want in a Jamba Juice.

The employee I talked to here was SUPER rude. She literally walked away while I was talking to her about an issue I was having with the self-checkout kiosk and when she finally did talk it was with zero tact, kindness, or customer service skills. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but as a former manager I just wanted to put it out there that I would never let it fly. The smoothie was fine. And I’m not a Karen, I was being perfectly nice. Just a super rude person I guess. Lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper.

I gave 3 stars for the other employees but as for SHELBY i think that is her name based on the receipt i was given. She is working at 10:15 along with 2 other ladies, she has on a black sweatshirt at the moment if this helps to identify her. So i bring in my tumbler for the 20% off and then i had a $3 reward. She argued with me that i cannot use both. So I showed her PROOF of previous receipts from this exact location one being dated 2/28/22 that had both discounts applied. As do every other visit over the years. She continued to argue her point! Not once did she deliver proper customer service. Now its been multiple times the staff did not apply my tumbler discount and the young lady went above and beyond to make it right. Another time the guy pretended to fix it but did not do anything. But this time this employee decided to flat out ARGUE about the situation. Smh i understand the shortage of staff and I give tips and patience being a current regular to this location. But I refuse to have to deal with this young lady ever again. Let me add the waffle they gave me was ROCK SOLID HARD!
