No matter what you order and no matter how busy or slow they are you have to wait outside if you're going in the drive through. The food is okay, they skimp on chicken for the bowls, but other than that it's good.

Be it this was an online order via door dash, the efficient work ethnic in getting the meal set and ready was impeccable. The carryout service also was downright friendly and very polite, right on time of such an order to be delivered. The food arrived hot and ready to be devoured and the chicken was oh so tender and was seemingly melt in your mouth baked to perfection. The sides were fine too, be it of the Mac and cheese or fries. Be it the Mac and cheese was acceptable(not too much to rave about, but it wasn't bad) , the flavoring of their fries was also quite divine to consume for they were crispy and definitely seasoned. Their online order and delivery service seems quite lovely overall and would be highly recommended.
Decided to come to the Folsom KFC for the first time, spent 30+ dollars and I got spoiled chicken, just completely inedible, chicken tasted stale as well, sadly disappointed, I was looking forward to the bucket too.

After getting home and eating my (delicious) lunch, I realized my phone was missing. I emailed my wife from a laptop and she tracked my phone to the KFC parking lot. On a whim and cuz I was hungry heading home not wanting to fix anything at home I popped in the KFC first time in probably 2 years I went through the drive-thru and because it was a Wednesday they had the chicken fried steak deal which is one of my all-time faves well I don't know what they did over the last couple of years but wow it was even better than I could remember it the mashed potatoes for so damn fluffy what can I say it was good

Hours are inaccurate or the staff just didn't want to serve anymore just because it was 45 til closing. If it was 20 to close I could understand, but this type of stuff is frustrating.

Worst KFC experience EVER! Ordered at drive thru. Crust on ckn breast was so old it was not edible. Second order was incorrect and also old. Never, ever will I make that mistake again. Customer no more.

Bought a 8 piece family meal, when I got home I only recieved 6 pieces, Chicken was extremely dry!!! I stopped going to KFC 10 yrears ago because of this same reason, thought maybe it might of gotten better, BUT NO! It’s still the same awful food for the AWFUL! Price! Definitely NOT KFC, like it use to be
