Kiki's Chicken Place

If I could give the zero stars, I would and I've never written a review before, so that's how, you know I'm upset. First of all, I waited 40 minutes for a regular 3 piece, tender combo. Which it wasn't busy either n People after me were able to get their food before me and once I left and made it to work to finally eat. I ended up still getting the wrong order. When I called to get a refund, they said the manager wasn't available or their card to authorize a refund on my card. So eventually, I'll have to drive all the way back to folsom (from south sac btw) just to get my $16 back. This is complete BS Never again

Overpriced for the mid quality, better off just going to Safeway deli

The chicken is so oily not even crispy. The container was filled with oil. Too much salt and no flavor at all. My kids were in love with Kiki’s but unfortunately after last night they absolutely hate it now. It gave me food poisoning. I’ll NEVER EVER GO BACK

The man who claims to be the owner is so disrespectful and rude. I saw him disrespecting the DoorDash driver because the driver said he couldn't pick up until the other order was done, but he forced him to pick up and wait for the other order. The customer texted him saying where the food was. SMH, I guess he unassigned the second order and left. It was a mess listening to all that drama in one day. It's crazy how companies like that have workers running the show with such rudeness and lack of manners.

I went there the first time and ordered the most popular item - fries with chicken. The taste was ok, a little too salty for me. But there was less chicken than I expected. I ordered a medium size for $12.99 but only finished 2/3 fries with no chicken left.

Cameron Park location - The chicken salad used to actually come with chicken - now you barely get any, and they don’t put cheese on it anymore. They add croutons to look like more chicken. 1/2lb, no way. Also now serving in a divider tray, deceiving you again with false volume. We’ve really enjoyed their food, but the steady decline has now turned us away.

Like many other Kiki's locations, this location is wack.Soggy chicken, messed up my fries, and didn't give me sauces I ordered. Breading slid off my chicken like a prom dress.Shout-out to the goat, Cameron park Kiki's. The only one I'll go to now

Good food, Great Staff, Amazing customer service

I had been hearing about Kiki's Chicken Place for quite a while and had been wanting to try it. Over this past weekend circumstances worked out for that to happen, until then I hadn't even noticed there was one in Folsom. The girl at the front counter greated us when we came in and was friendly and inviting. We explained it was our first time trying KIki's and she was helpful in providing some information on the menu and menu items. She was also patient as we decided on our selections. The atmosphere was nice and typical of a strip mall type smaller restaurant. When our food arrived it was definitely just cooked and very hot. The chicken was good and our dipping sauce choice of jalapeño ranch spiced it up. The tots were very good, as were the fries. Over all we had a good meal and experience.

Kiki was great, I had the boneless wings and Kiki sauce with ranch… surprising amount of meat on each one compared to other places. Better value…
