Placed an order for pickup online. Accidentally put in pickup time for 11:40 rather than 12:40. Called 4 times before anyone would pick up. When speaking with team member on the phone I informed them of the timing mistake on the order. They let me know it would be *remade* at 12:40. When I arrived to pick my order up and asked if it was remade. The team member handing me the order let me know it was only reheated.

If u haven’t been to Labou… What are you doing?! Friendly, quick service, drinks are super tasty and refreshing, and sandwiches are fresh and flavorful. There’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!

La Bou is always a great spot for a quick meal. Staff is friendly, food is good and it’s made fast. A go to when we are in a pinch or destination point to head to after walking the trails.

Very clean business. Professional and friendly staff especially the the young man behind the register (has a singers voice) you'll see.
Reallly peaceful environment and again the whole staff is just really friendly and easier to make sure you have a great visit which I always do. This labou is a must eat at for good food people place and environment great for Folsom 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝 overall they get 5 out of 5 bees from me .

I usually come here for some Bagget while waiting for my car to get serviced, but the quality of the bread is not the same as it was years ago. I've ordered different coffees but all look and test the same. I don't know if the food/drink quality is different depending on the location, but I keep coming just because I rather be here than at the shop waiting for my car and because I get a free ride. LOL

Won't return. This is the second time we have had takeout brought home only to find a big disappointment. Today I ordered a Chinese chicken salad. Over 95% of it was chopped lettuce with 6, count em, pieces of chopped chicken on top and a few peanuts. These used to be very tasty but I can cut up lettuce at home.
No longer will have my business.

I was so happy to see an open La Bou Bakery & Cafe!! They were busy, but no line. The young lady at the register quickly took my order but when I asked for two of their fabulous chocolate chip cookies, she looked in the case and there were only two oatmeal raisin. She sensed my disappointment and told me to hold on a sec while she checked on something. When she returned I was informed there was a fresh batch being baked and they would be ready in five minutes. Of course I waited! My order and cookies were ready at almost the same time. The ham and cheese panini was perfect and the Caesar salad was plentiful. I got the dill dressing to dip the bread slices. Everything was delicious, especially the warm chocolate chip cookie! Will definitely return again.
