La Rosa Blanca Is such a welcoming place!. The employees are very friendly and understanding. I had gotten just chips, rice, and salsa because I wasn’t too hungry. But it was super tasty and well made. My mom and her friend said the tostada and tacos were amazing. I’d recommend if you want options, diet alternatives, and of course I’d you are hungry!. They also play really good music at La Rosa Blanca.

Having been coming to the Folsom Location for quite a few years. authentic Mexican food and very friendly Service. Was beautiful weather to sit outside and enjoy. I ordered the cheese enchiladas combo. The three salsa options is nice with 3 spicy levels. The enchiladas were a bit oily this time, Could be from the cheese melting.

Great Mexican in Folsom. I had the chile colorado for the first time and it was soo flavorful and tender I will definitely come back. Stephanie (If I recall our servers name) was excellent as all the others that helped her. We were a large party.

Their menu prices are way off. They have a menu posted online with prices, but if you call in and order, they are charging you more than the listed price. Be careful when ordering from this place.
My family is from New Mexico and we could not be happier to have discovered this restaurant! My mom almost cried when she ate the New Mexico Enchilada as it was so authentic. The food was delicious and the sopapillas were just as I remember them as a kid!Beyond the great food was the excellent service. We ordered take out from the Folsom site and the owner was the one who answered the phone and took our order. She could not have been more lovely and helpful. It’s clear that she is passionate about running an excellent restaurant and cares deeply about the food being sent out.We will certainly be back, and with the whole family in tow!
Dietary restrictions: I have a severe shellfish allergy that they were happily able to accommodate, and advised on what to order with a gluten intolerance.

They have the most delicious beans and rice and margaritas ? ?I had the chicken fajitas today but eat literally something different everytime we go, everything is always awesome!My husband always has the Mama's Chicken!! Plus the family atmosphere cannot be beat !!Thank you so much !
I bought the 5 piece taquitos, but they do not give you enough guacamole With the order. They need to make their guacamole dip better. All it taste like is a avocado ?. Nothing like the previous owners.
