Visited Lolita's with my mom on a Saturday morning. The server was efficient but lacked friendliness, only checking in to deliver the food and the bill. While the food looked promising, the flavors were underwhelming, especially my chicken tostada. Prices are reasonable, with ample portions, but the overall experience left me unimpressed. The lunch specials offer value, but it's doubtful I'll return.

Probably the worst "Mexican" food I have ever had. Zero ambiance, zero hospitality, zero flavor. There is nothing authentic about this place. This is the first time both yelp and google reviews have steered us wrong. The meat was completely unseasoned. The only spice came from the sauce on each dish and even then the mole was burned and almost inedible. The rice and the salsa were the only things on the table that tasted ok. The beans were a runny mess (and I like my beans more on the squishy side) with zero flavor. Adding salt didn't even help. It was clear this was a locals only place as every single person stared at us the entire time we were waiting to be seated or told to seat ourselves (not clear when you walk in). Some tables continued to stare at us for some reason - even after we sat down - which was super uncomfortable. The server acted like we were putting him out by asking to order after sitting around for over 15 minutes without acknowledgment. Three tables that came in after us all got waited on well before us and we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Not really sure why anyone would say this is authentic Mexican food. It was bland all around. The chicken mole poblano tasted like it was burned - which was a bummer as that’s my go to dish. My husband’s beef dish had zero spice or flavor. The beans were a runny mess and we had to add salt to make them edible. The only thing that was decent was the rice and the salsa with the chips. Zero ambiance. Zero. Whoever the gentlemen was that “served” us was just gruff and never once checked on us after we got our drinks. We actually had to ask someone to come take our food order and there were not that many patrons - but there were lots of people working. This is definitely not a place I would go back to as we have so many other better Mexican restaurants in this area.
