As someone who likes eating out but still wants to stay on the healthier side, I love Lotus 8. The food always tastes fresh and light, not greasy, and they have so many great veggie options. The stir-fried greens, dumplings, and noodle bowls are all super tasty and filling. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and stick to authentic Cantonese flavors. I used to think I had to drive to Sacramento to get good Chinese food, but honestly, Lotus 8 has become my go-to spot in Folsom.
My order for today was the sesame beef combo plate.

Best Asian food in Folsom — truly a hidden gem! I came to visit from New York, and my friend brought me to Lotus 8. Honestly, it’s some of the best food I’ve had in a long while. If you’re searching for incredible Asian cuisine in Folsom, this is the place!!!

The food was not good at all
Ordered food to go. Ordered the lunch menu. For the price you pay you get a very good size portion. I only rated it that because it could've been more tastier for me. It was somewhat on the bland side. But portion side excellent.
