There is so much love and care put into all the food here. The flavors in every dish I’ve tried are wonderful. Dim sum, lunch specials… The prices are reasonable, too. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

As someone who likes eating out but still wants to stay on the healthier side, I love Lotus 8. The food always tastes fresh and light, not greasy, and they have so many great veggie options. The stir-fried greens, dumplings, and noodle bowls are all super tasty and filling. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and stick to authentic Cantonese flavors. I used to think I had to drive to Sacramento to get good Chinese food, but honestly, Lotus 8 has become my go-to spot in Folsom.

This is truly a great Chinese restaurant with all of the standard dishes and a few unexpected ones. We loved the sweet and sour chicken and ginger sand chicken.
