As someone who likes eating out but still wants to stay on the healthier side, I love Lotus 8. The food always tastes fresh and light, not greasy, and they have so many great veggie options. The stir-fried greens, dumplings, and noodle bowls are all super tasty and filling. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and stick to authentic Cantonese flavors. I used to think I had to drive to Sacramento to get good Chinese food, but honestly, Lotus 8 has become my go-to spot...

Best Asian food in Folsom — truly a hidden gem! I came to visit from New York, and my friend brought me to Lotus 8. Honestly, it’s some of the best food I’ve had in a long while. If you’re searching for incredible Asian cuisine in Folsom, this is the place!!!
