I didn’t order. Perhaps another time. The ordering machine wasn’t something I’m familiar with. I need to get out more often. Tables outside shaded by umbrellas. Inside seating limited. UPDATE Dec 8: Ordered/paid via the touch screen kiosk which asked me to grab a table tent and enter the code. Place was empty all tables were tent-less. Opted to enter random numbers which were accepted. Nine minutes later my food platter arrived carried by one of three employees I saw while there. One Snack Wrap Ranch, one Snack Wrap Buffalo Ranch (limited time offer) French Fries and a medium Sprite. Wraps were rather dry, needed more sauce. That was a menu option (for 99-cents IIRC). Should have done that. Fries were not salty so thanks for that helpful health tip. Place was clean, quiet, with music 🎵 from McDonald’s radio. One friendly employee Jessica is mopping the floor as I write this review.

The food is HORRIBLE. Absolutely disgusting. How is McDonalds still in business serving burnt fries and sloppy sauce ladden, rice paper thin burgers?!?!

Food was cold and tasted old. The staff spoke no English, and couldn’t get my order done in less than 28 minutes. I ordered 4 items. While inside, a line of wrong order customers grew and the employees let the line grow up to 5 people before addressing the issues.

This is the only McDonald’s that I will eat at now. The food is way better than any other location. The people are friendly but it’s more the food. I was telling my friends at the post office how bad the food was at the location on Sierra college and they gave me a card for a free meal. This is the only one I will eat at now.

Horrible Customer Service. Had 4 people waiting in line for 10+ min without being acknowledged by a single employee. Since you forced customers to order from a computer you completely neglect the customers that walk in. There was a doordasher that went behind the counter to grab his order, then the hispanic female manager started barking at him. The store was not busy and everyone was in the back goofing off. The customers do not care about your drive thru times and thats all you seem to focus on.

Leaving this review because I’ve had an awkward pick up the last two times I’ve been there. I randomly stop at this location on my way home from work every once in a while if I haven’t had a lunch and the food is always amazing and very quick to come out however, the last two times I’ve been there the gentleman who brings my food out tells me it’s going to be a $5 charge for him to bring it out to me..? He got me the first time lol, I’ll give him that! But this time around I didn’t pay up. Should I be 👀
Had my wedding breakfast here. The service, ambiance, and food were outstanding. This place is a local gem and the manager is very friendly and highly competent. Definitely coming back!

Called ahead of time for the deal. They said come on by. I showed up and they said thank you and pull up to the second window. Before I can park my car it's ready. No cars behind or in front. Best fast food service in my last decade. I didn't have time to pull out my phone before it was ready. The am manager is an OG and I hope he gets his own one day.
