No hate on this McDonald’s or any employees. They have always been nice and made great food. However my complaint is with whoever owns the building at this particular location.There was a BEAUTIFUL painted rock outside the exit of the drive thru with SpongeBob on it. I saw someone power washing it off today. It made me so sad. That painted rock gave me so much joy every time I drove by it. I cannot believe such a work of art could be removed so harshly. Whoever decided to remove SpongeBob, shame on you!

This McDonald's has a wonky drive through so be careful for cross traffic entering as well. Great example of a McDonald's! Food and drinks all taste like McDonald's. Service is very friendly and fast.If you're heading north on Folsom Blvd toward the hills, this is probably your last stop for food for a bit...so, if you're hungry, don't pass it by!

Service costumer was the worst, a guy in their drive thru took my order and he was just being rude and playing around changing his tone of voice.
Had a BOGO coupon to use, was the only reason I went there, ordered through the drive-thru, told the employee that I had the coupon, everything was fine, told me to pull forward, then another employee at the window told me the price of my order and it was way more than it should have been, so I told him I had a BOGO coupon and he tells me that "No you don't", I said yes it is right here, he says "No, No, not a coupon, that promotion, not going to take, you pay $xx.xx", I said I no pay $h1t# without coupon, so I don't want the food, then rolled up my window, he clearly wasn't going to budge and there was a line of cars behind me so wasn't going to talk to a supervisor or anything and get my food spat in. Horrible customer service, even for fastfood and for how bad costumer service is now anyway.

The chicken nuggets were old and stale normally they rise up these one we're just skinny didn't taste good there was no one in the drive through except me and when I got to the call box the guy said give me a minute there was no one eating inside either he left his mic on and I could hear him counting money rather than taking my dang order my fries weren't fresh and the burger I got was eh the pickles on the burger we're kind of dried up and old aswell and once I finally did get to order I heard him clearing his throat to spit all in all I well never go to this McDonald's again and it looked like they only had 2 employees working at time as well.

My order was correct, food was good, service was faster than the normal post pandemic times. Despite being obviously busy the young lady maintained eye contact as she gave me my change, food and thanked me.
