I enjoyed the McDonald’s in Folsom California. They were very nice and they accommodate my girls. One of my girls is very picky. She likes meat, cheese, and bun. Everything has to be plain, but this time she asked for pickles only… I was very impressed at how they accommodated her and gave her those extra pickles I would say atmosphere was nice. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly.

I went to this McDonald's location in Folsom on East Bidwell Street just after 3PM. I rode My mountain bike here. I used the receipt for the Buy One Get One Any Sandwich Offer. I ordered two Hot n' Spicy McChicken Sandwiches with a Medium Soft Drink. The service was good. The food was hot when I received it.

Don’t bother placing online orders then picking up at this store. They have no idea why online orders don’t go through. It happened to me 2 or 3 times.
The store manager lacks of communication skills, and not willing to help resolve problems at all. What she does is saying “I don’t know”.

Hello McDonald's team, I would like to express my immense gratitude for the service provided by one of my team members. I won't mention his name, because I believe that the smile on an employee's face is a reflection of an entire team that is integrated and happy. So I'm here to thank everyone. I have 2 children with autism and I know how much a smile can change my children's day. I go to this location at least once and every time I arrive, my children are very well received with a huge smile on their faces and that makes me the happiest person in the world. Not to mention that this employee plays with my children and talks to them for a while. It's incredible. Congratulations to everyone and sorry if I wrote something wrong, I don't speak English very well.
