Ive been to this location twice on my way home from work. Recently for my mother as she craved a Big Mac. I ordered that Big Mac, with a double cheeseburger for myself too. When I got home, I went to my mom’s bed as she is sick and she opened the box to find two patties that were burnt. Really?I paid 8.00 for a Big Mac she couldn’t eat. I actually could have ordered from Red Robin or OurBack and get a meal for 10-11.00 bucks. Done either way Mickey D’s.

This has to be the worst service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's
The drive-thru was packed, so I went inside to order and only one kiosk was functioning with no staff in sight to work the cash register.
Some kindly old man was at the register at 10:29am and waited 10 minutes before the cashier finally showed up and told him they don't serve breakfast after 10:30am- even though he'd been waiting since before that time.
You could hear the staff arguing with eachother in the back, which was very distracting.
When MY order finally showed up 20 minutes after ordering it, the McMuffins were not buttered and the hash brown was under salted and undercooked.
Ok. I was disappointed, but why ruin that old man's day? All he wanted was a McMuffin. He looked so bummed when they told him he couldn't have one!

Ordered a large coke and it’s visibly short. I said something to the worker about it being short and she said that’s just how drinks come. The drink she had beside her to hand out next was full, so I asked why that one was full and not mine? She said because they ordered Diet Coke and I didn’t.
Ooookay. I came every day for a coke but won’t be now since they short me. what a rip off.

Mcdonald's you have literally lost your mind. Two sausage McMuffins for $12 is WILD. you've literally lost a breakfast customer and that's all I ever came to you for. Finally pushed us in the right direction for our health so I guess it's a thank you for financially making it not worth it to eat at your establishment. haha

Well, McDonald's is truly losing its friendly environment. Very cold, unwelcoming. The only time we saw a human is when they brought the order to the counter.

I ordered a McDouble meal on the app. The food was cold. Fries had no salt and were stale. The nuggets were rock hard. My coke was flat and I was told there nothing they could do about it. My meal didn’t even come with any sauce. The manager has very bad customer service as well.

My son came in here because he had applied online and was offered an interview. He went in there at the correct time and was told by the manager that she could not take his interview at the moment and would have to reschedule it. This was a waste of our time and gas money. We are yet to hear of any rescheduled interview one week later.

First, this location does not offer the plant-based burgers. A lot don’t though.
However, this location was a bit strange regarding the happy meal toys. I guess there is some new rule about selling lone toys outside the happy meal? Never encountered that before. I also asked which Mario Kart toys they had that day and was told they couldn’t disclose it. A bit ridiculous.
