Hello McDonald's team, I would like to express my immense gratitude for the service provided by one of my team members. I won't mention his name, because I believe that the smile on an employee's face is a reflection of an entire team that is integrated and happy. So I'm here to thank everyone. I have 2 children with autism and I know how much a smile can change my children's day. I go to this location at least once and every time I arrive, my children are very well received with a huge smile on their faces and that makes me the happiest person in the world. Not to mention that this employee plays with my children and talks to them for a while. It's incredible. Congratulations to everyone and sorry if I wrote something wrong, I don't speak English very well.

I don't know why this business bothers to post their hours of operation on line and on their front door as they refuse to open their doors for an hour after they claim to be open for business. I went there this morning, and even though there were employees inside, the doors were locked and one of the employees even watched me walk up to the door but simply walked away when I attempted to enter the business. This was not an unusual occurrence as I've arrived there many times around 5:30am and they were closed with employees inside. Online and on their doors they say they are open from 5am to 11pm.

Food was so good. I tried the chicken tenders and I've had them before a few years back, better than ever! 1 star removed because somebody shit all over the toilet and walls and smeared it everywhere.

The employees are fine but wanted to recommend management to reconsider who they allow using the public restrooms. Seems like homeless people are using the restroom to bathe and leave filth behind. Not cool. No considerations for others trying to use it afterwards.
Food is fine for a McDonalds, but you should make sure to check your food. They forgot my fries twice within the same month.

Ive been to this location twice on my way home from work. Recently for my mother as she craved a Big Mac. I ordered that Big Mac, with a double cheeseburger for myself too. When I got home, I went to my mom’s bed as she is sick and she opened the box to find two patties that were burnt. Really?I paid 8.00 for a Big Mac she couldn’t eat. I actually could have ordered from Red Robin or OurBack and get a meal for 10-11.00 bucks. Done either way Mickey D’s.

This has to be the worst service I have ever gotten at a McDonald's
The drive-thru was packed, so I went inside to order and only one kiosk was functioning with no staff in sight to work the cash register.
Some kindly old man was at the register at 10:29am and waited 10 minutes before the cashier finally showed up and told him they don't serve breakfast after 10:30am- even though he'd been waiting since before that time.
You could hear the staff arguing with eachother in the back, which was very distracting.
When MY order finally showed up 20 minutes after ordering it, the McMuffins were not buttered and the hash brown was under salted and undercooked.
Ok. I was disappointed, but why ruin that old man's day? All he wanted was a McMuffin. He looked so bummed when they told him he couldn't have one!

Ordered a large coke and it’s visibly short. I said something to the worker about it being short and she said that’s just how drinks come. The drink she had beside her to hand out next was full, so I asked why that one was full and not mine? She said because they ordered Diet Coke and I didn’t.
Ooookay. I came every day for a coke but won’t be now since they short me. what a rip off.
