Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Dirty and cramped. No employees to help. No yogurt samples. Definitely doesn't live up to the menchies standards.

I checked out this location a few days ago and their vegan options have expanded. I hope they keep the peach. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-20

Good rotation of froyo flavor options. The space is generally clean. I wish there were more non-candy topping options.

Wonderful! I went here with my grandkids yesterday evening and it was delicious. Lots of fun toppings and the young lady working there was very helpful.

Overall great, frozen yogurt and toppings. The humongous downfall is the people working in the facility. I was there yesterday, Friday night, and there was a young lady that was extremely rude and non-communicative. I would highly suggest getting people that want to come to work, working at the facility. Highly suggest some customer service training.

I went here a few weeks ago on a Tuesday morning. The man working wasn't friendly and not pleasant or helpful. He should smile and be alittle nicer.

The worst flavors. Such a bummer!

I just got myself and my kids yogurt this afternoon, and as I was paying with cash, the cashier dropped the coins in my daughter's yogurt. Then proceeded to pull them out with her ungloved fingers, and then told us it was fine. She was a nice girl, but come on, that was disgusting. I had to scrape off a bunch of my daughter's ice cream to throw it away, and she was devastated. The employee just kept saying "it's okay" and "don't worry about it". ?‍♀️

Showed up around 12 and they were closed went to the stores in the center and came back to see if they are open and they were still closed

best frozen yogurt!!! also they have gluten free and vegan options

I'm baffled at tonight's encounter at the Folsom Menchie's. Tonight my friend and I left at 840pm to get froyo. We walked in at about 847pm, and they close at 9pm. We paid and then sat outside. You would think the girl, Anna, would've said politely we close in ten minutes and have to bring the patio furniture inside. When in reality, she came outside being abrupt and abrasive - telling my friend and I we need to leave and they're closed, also telling the other's sitting at the table over. I will never be back to support this establishment again! Being self employed, this is NO way you treat someone supporting a small business.

I visited Menchie's again yesterday. The frozen yogurt and experience here is fantastic! Menchie's always has a large selection of unique and delicious flavors. Toppings are always well stocked. An important thing to note is that the staff does a great job keeping this place clean. So often frozen yogurt places have spilled yogurt and toppings, sticky surfaces, etc. The girl who was working yesterday was always staying busy in between customers keeping everything tidy. Customer service was great and friendly as well. They also had a very clean restroom for customers which is much appreciated.
