The sandwiches are always good, but they are always understaffed and take forever to make food. The waiting room in seating areas just what to be expected for the location.

Ordered a sandwich through doordash and ended up receiving the wrong item. I put in a second order and called the store to explain that they’d see the same order come through twice but it was intentional and not like a system error or something. I spoke with Kyle who was super apologetic and offered a refund. I was trying to work that out through doordash already so I said it was fine and he promised he’d make sure I received the correct order this time. I received the second order and it was correct and he threw in a couple of cookies for me as well. I just really appreciated his kindness and effort to make it right for me as I didn’t want to be annoying with that phone call haha. Anyway thank you Kyle you’re awesome and I appreciate your help today!

I spent over $30 to have half of a signature sandwich and my kid had a BLT (Both were good). We had chips/drink, and each meal comes with a single cookie. Won't be returning with those prices. I can make a bomb sandwich at home.

The sandwich was smackin'
I don’t normally review chain restaurants because they have a standard they already set for themselves. But this Mr. PICKLES was amazing. The two young men were polite, helpful and super quick. Love seeing young people enjoy their jobs and be good at it. We asked for opinions and they gave it.The Reuben was the best sandwich I’ve had in 2023! We added lettuce and pepperocinis. The sandwich was big enough for my wife and I to split. The macaroni was creamy with a good bite on the pasta. So good. Thanks guys!!!

Staff is extremely rude and don’t acknowledge you when you walk it, and when you go up to order they just stare at you as if you’re bothering them ?. When they finally acknowledge you, they mumble to the point you don’t even know who’s speaking to you. They didn’t write down our order and had to ask again what we wanted even though we already told them multiple times. Every other mr. pickles has great services expect this location, they definitely need to improve their staff‘s customer service.
