Nekter Juice Bar

The service and products from Nekter are always excellent! The employees know me by first name and they even know my order. They are friendly, efficient and get my order right every time. This is a hard-working group of young people that go out of their way to deliver excellence. Glad to know Customer Service is alive and well at Nekter! Well done Nekter management for hiring and retaining such qualified staff and for serving high-quality products. I primarily get the protein power bowl or the health nut smoothie. I have referred several people that are now frequent customers. I love the reward system of accumulating points to redeem later. I also love when you feature specials such as today. I got a buy one bowl and get one half off special so hubby could enjoy too. Very good business model!

I absolutely love this location! The customer service is always top tier and that stems from their leader Ryan. He is very kind, patient and personable. He creates an inviting environment and comfortable atmosphere. He even remembers that I love the Strawberry Chia Jam!! Thanks Nektar Team!

The service is always great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I recently was in the Nékter on Hazel a Madison in Fair Oaks and they do not compare to service and quality I received at the Folsom location.

when I drove down from Pollock Pines to go to nekter juice bar go to order and get told they no longer take cash only apple pay or card those options are not open to every one..That was acceptable during covid but that's been over for roughly two years now..not only that it doesn't say that you don't take cash any were online or the door intact when you google if nekter it says all locations take cash...Thanks for wasting my time and gas..

Love the wide selection of menu options! I have tried their smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. All are delicious! The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful if you have any questions about their menu items. I appreciate the great customer service!

A few days ago, my family and I made a quick trip here. We walked in, and there were two people working. One of the employees acknowledged us and asked us to order on the app because they were so busy. We had a decent sized order (5 smoothies), so it took us some time to get our order in on the app. We were still standing there when another group walked in. The employee proceeded to help the people who walked in behind us. I told her we hadn't even gotten our order in. She shrugged us off and helped the people behind us. I mentioned the app wasn't taking our payment, and then she finally helped us. It would have been better if she had just told us to wait five minutes, then she could help us. It took about 30 minutes in total to get our smoothies. I understand places get busy. I just think they need a better system for handling it and not refer people to order on the app when they come in.

Acai bowl was not good at all. The acai was very runny. Banana was soggy. Granola was very cheap tasting. These are not acai bowls. Worst $12 ever spent.

I love this place. I come here every Saturday before yoga. Staff are always nice and professional and the place is clean. They’ll even let you reuse your old cup from previous visits if you’re trying to reduce your plastic waste. They play boppin’ music as well.

We really enjoyed our acai bowls from Nekter. The serving size was just right and there was enough toppings. The service is great too, everyone we encountered were pleasant!

I walked in to the Nekter Juice Bar. No one greeted me, the staff just looked at me as if they were to busy to acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for two minutes, before I had to ask will I be help. The guy behind the counter starkly said, they would be right with me. Staff was not very welcoming, as no one greeted, nor said “Welcome In.” I hope one day there will be more professionalism with customer service.
