This outlet is well maintained. Service is good and options to choose
Had the worst experience this Sunday morning. I walked in to grab a quick bagel and coffee, it was busy to begin with so I expected to wait a bit. When I tried placing an order, there was no one to take my order since all of the employees were making bagels. 10 people walked in behind me, and we were all just standing there waiting for our orders to be taken. When someone finally came up to help me, they told me it’ll take 20 minutes for me to get a bagel. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ll take my business elsewhere
Everything was goog even the coffee
I only go here to get the Farmhouse and Double Stack breakfast bagels.
I placed a to go order and made the mistake of not checking it before I left. 5 miles down the road, I opened it up to find that it wasn't what I had paid for. Not a happy camper.
I was able to get a refund for my order. It is nice that a company is willing to make things right.
It takea for ever to get your order ready
Love this place. Have been here multiple times. The bagels are delicious and so is the coffee. Great atmosphere as well.
I LOVE their bagels. Especially the Nova Lock Sandwich! I cannot express how good this place is of a breakfast spot! If you're getting bagels to make bagel sandwiches at home, make sure to come early! They run out of the good bagels like onion and jalapeno FAST!
Parking: Free community parking lot! Can be hard to find parking at times however.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Have you ever wanted to re-experience the breakfast sandwich you got in that truckstop off I-80 in Winnemucca? Standing in the parking lot eating out of a foil wrapper?
Well, you're in luck, because that's what you'll get here, only at 3x the cost and 3x the wait to get that sandwich.
Place was dirty, no napkins, and the sandwich - which I have no idea how they did it - was lukewarm at best when we got it, and we were sitting at the counter.
$27 for two sandwiches and 2 coffees? No thanks... Flying J here I come!
There was also a customer there with a mask on... but holding a dog. At a restaurant. A dog. But she had a mask on, so I guess that's healthy.

I ordered a mobile order and they forgot one of my items and mislabeled all my bagels in my order. What a shitshow.

I’m a regular here. I’ve ordered online and in person. My beef with this location is their inability to define and monitor the line. The ordering line is are a hot mess. Willy nilly, free for all.
It was again that way, when I walked in a few days ago. The only register used was the one to the right of the bagel counter. Sure enough, for one open register they had two lines. One perpendicular and another horizontal. I asked both folks about the line and they answered that they were in line to order. Good grief. This interaction forced them to work out who’s next before the cashier called out while myself fending off line cutters. Ordering a bagel shouldn’t be such a chore. It is here. It’s a live social experiment.
The bagels are darn delicious though. My faves are pretzel, chocolate chip, and Asiago. The pretzel bagel is made with baking soda and not lye. The baking soda still gives the pretzel bagel that pretzel taste and dark, crackly crust. It’s topped with rock salt. Not overwhelming salty. The chocolate chip bagel is not too sweet, perfect amount of mini chips. The asaigo is a good blend of a plain bagel with the cheese topping. Get here early though. This place is a bakery so once they sell out, that’s it for the day.

Wish they stayed open a bit later for the late lunch crowd. If I make it, it's always just before closing and I feel rushed and cannot eat in comfort or have to take it to-go outside to eat. Cafeteria atmosphere; no ambiance. Employees are polite but always seem distracted by cleaning up so they can leave immediately after closing.

Terrible customer service. 20 minutes of wait, because they out of stock for bagel. But no body ask me about it. No sorry at the end. She just throw me my order. Last time I visit this place
