I've recently become so so so disappointed in this place. The employees have stopped reading the tags and have now given me the wrong stuff 2 different times even after it was brought to their attention.... Regarding bagel type and diet restrictions.... They have fixed it every time, but please for the love of all things PLEASE read your tags.

My friends and I went to Kirkland’s across the street and then stopped by here after. We didn’t realize they closed at 2pm, so when we showed up there was literally no line. They were almost done for the day. The staff was so nice and friendly! It was so funny because she asked me to pick my favorite chips… but there was only one kind 😂 I got my usual nova lox, and I ordered the avocado + egg sandwiches for my kids. She was super sweet and even customized them for me.
My kids needed to use the bathroom and it was so clean and really nice. We ate outside afterward so they could finish closing up. Loved the whole experience!

Maddy was amazing at assisting a mishap on my end. I forgot to pick up an order of bagels my wife had ordered and was nervous they were not going to have the quantity we ordered after they donated the bagels I failed to pick up. They were able to accommodate the order and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are always beyond pleased with our experience here at Noah’s Bagels locally and the staff is always amazing. We will continue to value our experiences here and happy to be a customer of Noah’s Bagels at the Palladio in Folsom.

They are incredibly stingy on schmear. Been to many a Noah’s; this one seems to have a manager’s instruction to the employees to give the customers as little as possible

Extremely busy, staff can't keep up. Hash brown raw, bagel sloppy and falls apart. Dirty hand marks all over the bag and box, staff too busy to change gloves after touching other things. Staff has to use their hands to pull garbage bin out from under the counter or instead just throw trash on the floor. Gloves never changed.

Best bagels in town. Jalapeño bagels are probably the best.
Coffee is excellent.
Not a great place for dine in.

Noah's Folsom needs to do better. I did an online pickup order to go. They tried to slice my bakers dozen immediately after removal from baking then packed them with plastic bags on top of them. This resulted in a box of dough that didn't even resemble bagels. I get that you're baking them fresh, awesome. But if you're that behind, alert the person picking them up that this could be an issue (we were there waiting). Didn't even look like bagels, smashed flat dough basically. Noah's are usually fantastic, do better Folsom Noah's.

So excited to come to Noah’s as there is not a location near Us in WA. Ordered and was so excited to have our bagels when We got back home in WA. Such a disappointment, as We ordered 4 bagels and they only put two in the bag. We ordered and paid for 4!!! Yes, We should have checked but had trust in this company… not anymore!!!

The bagels were as delicious as always. I thought the smear was a bit skimpy and service was just okay, wish service persons would act a tad happy

This outlet is well maintained. Service is good and options to choose
Had the worst experience this Sunday morning. I walked in to grab a quick bagel and coffee, it was busy to begin with so I expected to wait a bit. When I tried placing an order, there was no one to take my order since all of the employees were making bagels. 10 people walked in behind me, and we were all just standing there waiting for our orders to be taken. When someone finally came up to help me, they told me it’ll take 20 minutes for me to get a bagel. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ll take my business elsewhere
Everything was goog even the coffee
I only go here to get the Farmhouse and Double Stack breakfast bagels.
