Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The spaghetti was undercooked and stuck together in giant bunches of 20-30 pieces that were inedible. Meatballs were super salty and greasy. Also ordered the garlic bread, super salty and greasy. Would have returned it if it wasn't a take out order and I lived 30 min away. Won't be going back.

Not very crowded, food is expensive for what it is. Not the variety I would expect. I would consider it a good lunch place!Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for kids, and kids love pasta.

I've been an avid "Noodles & Company" customer as I have been part of their rewards program (on the app) for several years. This is where you get discounts and specials on some of their most popular favorites. The location I am focusing on is in Folsom in the Broadstone shopping area at the corner of E. Bidwell St. and Broadstone Parkway. It is also their one and only location in Folsom. I came here on a whim during the afternoon of Saturday 11/18/2023 at around 4:30pm after enjoying coffee, a movie, and some shopping at some of the nearby businesses. As soon as I entered, there was not one single customer in here! Probably because of so many other options in the area has a lot to do with it. The interior layout is spacious and looked much larger with it being so empty. Either way, I walked up to the front register and placed my order. I went with a usual item which was a small version of their "Pad Thai w/shrimp", a side of potstickers, and a medium soda. Total price came to around $18 + tax. My +1 went with their "Chicken Parmesan" w/chicken and their "lean" noodles which are lower in carbs than the usual type. After getting a number to our table, everything is brought out to us in roughly 7 minutes which is the average time I've received food at other Noodles & Company locations. I will say this and I don't know what changed but the "small" version of their noodle dishes have gotten significantly smaller while the prices have increased quite a bit. Even after eating my entire dish + all my potstickers, I was still a bit on the hungry side. I also wanted to add that my dish wasn't piping hot while there was only 4 actual pieces of shrimp and very little eggs in it. I get how they're saving costs but this just didn't cut it for me. I've been eating at various Noodles & Company locations for well over 10 years so I hope this isn't the new normal. When it comes down to it, "Noodles & Company" is still a decent place to get a good noodle meal; simply because of so many customizable creations that you can choose from. I think many fast-casual restaurants are in the same situation while being as cost-effective as possible. With that said and done, I am giving the Folsom Noodles & Company just an average three-star rating. Not good but not bad either way; just okay for me.

Noodles and Co has some good stuff on the menu. I like the Buffalo Chicken Mac. They also have things like pot stickers and cheesy garlic bread. The staff is very nice and helpful. They keep the restaurant very clean. Good place to try!

Apparently if you don't leave a tip, they don't give you seasoning? I feel that if I'm just placing an order for pickup, a tip isn't warranted. No interaction, just doing their job. 2nd time this has happened now. Ordered buttered noodles for pickup and didn't leave a tip and both times I didn't get seasoning and got random other noodles in the dish. Don't know if it's just coincidental accident, or them being petty but 2 times in a row so I figured I had to say something. Live 20 mins away too and just got off work so I'm not going to drive all the way back over it.

I usually frequent the Citrus Heights location but when I'm in the Folsom area, we stop at this one. I always regret stopping at this location, last two times it's tasted horrible with burnt noodles. I order gluten free and there's always been crumbs in my noodles which is odd since I specify allergy. Tonight we stopped in, my husband's Caesar salad came with no dressing and my noodles are rock hard and burnt. Avoid this location and go to any of the others

The food wasn't that great, and it was served cold. They don't serve ramen noodles for some reason. They only had paper straws available. The fire extinguisher hasn't been signed off a single time since the tag was replaced in April. I should have gone to hibachi next door, they actually smelled good.

I've been studying at the temple coffee shop next door pretty much every day. And I come here to get a quick and cheap meal to fill me up as I study. The food is just that: cheap, quick, and good. Not the best obviously! But for 7$ it's hard to complain. My most recent visit was on 9/9/23 at 5:35. There were only two employees doing the work of 3-4 people. So please either hire more people or give them a raise! They were taking orders and cooking as fast as possible to keep up with customers.

Service was excellent! Cody and Shelby did an awesome job. Both had great attitudes. They deserve raises! Ticket time was under 10 minutes.Pesto and mac/cheese pasta dishes were tasty. Pasta cooked perfect. That being said, they appeared understaffed. Although it's a "clean up after yourself" establishment, we all know people dont do that so it would be ideal to have an extra staff as a floater to pick up slack where/when needed. Owner should hire another staff member. 2 staff members did not appear to be optimal when it was getting busy.

Great food, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. They have all kinds of great noodles though, from all over the world. Their prices for kids meals are a bit high for what they are, but it is great overall!

"I don't know how this place survived" is what my husband said after trying the food. Got a flyer for BOGO entree so decided to try the pad Thai and Japanese pan noodles. Got double the meat and regular size but the portions were still small. The beef was dry and the noodles either had no sauce or dried up sauce like it sat there for a long time. For the price you are better off getting noodles from BJs, Thai place, or even Panda Express. The concept of different noodles is appealing but lacks in delivery.
