Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Well when I made my order I ordered a thousand island dressing on the side for my salad they didn't have Thousand Island so I ordered something else then I ordered a 7-Up they don't have 7UP so then I ordered a root beer they don't have root beer so I was kind of disappointed that I couldn't get what I asked for being that it's a pretty big size franchise I would have thought they would have had a lot of these things but that's my complaint

My server, Sophia, was awesome! Great energy, attentive and an overall joy to interact with. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Manager came by to wish my sister-in-law a Happy Birthday. Overall a great lunch at Olive

The food was good and the service was excellent. We were surprised however that people were allowed to bring in their dog in a baby stroller into the restaurant and next to the table.

I’ve been to several Olive Garden locations, but this one was disappointing. I asked for cheese in my pasta—what a regret. The cheese had a terrible taste, completely ruining my dish.

I also asked to swap my soup for French fries, and the waiter said OK. However, when the check came, we saw that he hadn’t made the substitution and ended up charging us for both the fries and the soup, even though we never got the soup. It felt unfair, and overall, the experience was frustrating. Definitely not what I expected from Olive Garden.

On the positive side, parking was easy, and the restaurant is OK for kids.

The waitress was very pleasant, the food was hot on delivery but took a little long to get. And of course, the breadsticks were delicious.

I like the soup and salad option. They are very good about refilling when you are ready. They also have a low-fat Italian dressing that tastes just like their regular dressing. Always enjoy my meal there, and the service is always good

Came here for a quick dinner after the game. Check in and getting seated was a breeze as they have a waitlist online. The breadsticks and house salad was consistent, especially with the Alfredo dipping sauce. The lasagna was a bit dry so we had to ask for extra sauce on the side, the spaghetti with meatball was good, the broccoli Alfredo was also on the dry side and needed more sauce, overall the flavor and seasoning were consistent. the house red blend wine was delicious. The Zuppa soup was also good. Our server Christian was very much on top of it tonight.

Hosted told my gf he/she didn't find my name cause they had canceled the reservation before 5min was over for the wait. To be honest, when you were told 50min....ppl won't be staying at the door. We went to Ultra 2 minutes away. To beat the time. Arrive with 1 min to spare. Out of nowhere, they told her they could rebook us on the waiting list. Because I came in with the msg, they had no choice but to bump us up. After the waiter never really came to our table unless you call them. I'm hoping they just overloaded with the Valentine dinner. Cause if not, then sorry....was the worst olive garden i been to.

They were understaffed & backed up in the kitchen. My food arrived 10 mins after everyone else's. When it did arrive, it looked nothing like the picture. It tasted like it was frozen, then microwaved before serving. Mgr came to our table & apologized for the delay & ended up comping my food. I hope this was just an off night. We enjoy Olive Garden. We are willing to give it a try sometime later.

UPDATE: 9/2/23 went for my birthday for lunch, $10.99 for dry fetuccine and no chicken, raviolis for my wife and one coke was $33 with 5 dollar tip.. comparison chilis is $35 with tip for a big ass burger and a great platter for the wife and a coke.. also its so big my kids can eat from there, so yea the value is not there we will keep

UPDATE: the $21 fettuccine alfredo with chicken had basically no sauce, bread took for ever to come had to ask for it twice. No worth it see u in a couple more months maybe years.

had to drop it to 3 stars. food is good but just not worth the price. $18.50 for fetuccine alfredo with chicken are u kidding me! i been to seadood restaurants that dont charge that much and its seafood. i believe that same dish was like 14.99 that was ok i guess but with this new.prices am gonna have only visit them once in a a while if ever.

UPDATE: haven't been here in years, dropped it another start cuz its more expensive but what really ticked me off is they are getting sleezy, waiters
Will tell if u want dipping sauces or other things as if they are included but then they are not so they are already over priced dishes now u have another $10 on top not counted on. See u in another few years maybe lol

Well first the soup was not hot or good. The salad had chucks of lettuce in it.Yes they were busy but the waitress could care less about us.

I love their food. But I had a lunch bowl yesterday and it was actually like a baby sized portion. I wish they would have told me because I would have rather just spent the additional four dollars to get a full size plate.

Absolutely wonderful meal. The best service I received in a long time at any restaurant.
