wanted to bring attention to a concerning experience I had at the Olive Garden in Folsom. As a 20-year-old female guest, I felt deeply uncomfortable and disrespected by the behavior of the manager, Ray.

From the moment I interacted with him, his comments and actions felt completely inappropriate. Ray made personal, uncomfortable remarks that had no place in a professional setting, and it was clear his behavior was crossing boundaries. As a young woman, I should not have to worry about feeling unsafe or disrespected while dining out.

What made matters worse was witnessing Ray’s behavior toward one of the staff members. It was apparent that his conduct with the employee was also off-putting—he made several comments that seemed far too familiar and inappropriate for a manager to say to a worker. It felt like an environment where boundaries were not being respected, and it left me feeling uneasy throughout my visit.

The combination of his creepy behavior toward me as a guest and his inappropriate actions with a staff member makes me feel that this situation needs to be addressed immediately. Everyone should be treated with respect in both the workplace and as customers, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my visit.

I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and looks into improving the professionalism and conduct of their staff to ensure that all guests and employees feel safe and respected.

The food was excellent and our server was awesome!

However, the gentleman who works at the front counter and the woman who sat us didn't seem like they were having a good evening. No, hello or how are you even after I asked them how they were doing. It almost made you feel as if you were a nuisance/annoyed they had to deal with speaking to you therefore it didn't feel welcoming at all. We were seated quickly as it was around 7pm on a Saturday and not overly busy.

Our server changed that non welcoming feeling. She immediately greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. I really wish I remembered her name but I hadn't planned on leaving a review until I got a yelp notification asking me to do so.

We will definitely be back because of the service she provided and all 3 of us in our party enjoyed our food. If the food hadn't been good and our server had been like the first two employees, we wouldn't be open to dining here again, so both of those things saved our experience.

I forgot how large the portions and the leftovers were nice to take home and enjoy the next day.

We went on mother's day and it was a little bit of a wait. That was no problem cause we didn't wait too long. We ordered the chicken gnocchi soup and salad. The soup was amazing. And the service was on point.

My family visited this restaurant on 4/19. Waited for more than half an hour before the main courses were served. By the time they served our pasta we were already full by eating the breads and salad.
