I’m not that fan of Korean bbq but as always, the service and food was very good.

We've been going to other Oz locations for years but our experience today with Makayla was phenomenal. She was super sweet and just a pleasure to talk to - my husband and I had a great early dinner date thanks to her. We'll be back!

Food was enjoyable. Coming from Australia, we have high quality KBBQ here too. Found the service here to fall a bit behind. Food took a little while to come out and the grills were slow to cook the food with the time limit set. But overall, an enjoyable experience.

They still need to iron the kinks. We've been an Oz patrons for several years particularly the Bradshaw and Elk Grove branches.
The kitchen still needs to get their stuff together. The ribeye steak was frozen, the signature bulgogi's marinade was not even close. The Costco bulgogi's flavor was much better. We opted for the seafood. However, the garlic shrimp was lacking the flavor and the garlic :(
The management was genuinely wanted to make it right and wanted feedback. The machine ice cream, service, and atmosphere was great.

The food was fresh and plentiful and our service was reasonably good. There were a couple of issues, such as requested items, in this case a glass of wine, not arriving until much later and a couple of reminders given. I think our biggest issue was that the atmosphere became visibly smokey after a time. That is not completely Oz's fault as people may not realize that their grill can be changed to minimize smoke. Otherwise a good value and experience.

So far so good. We have been here four times and he three out of four were excellent the second time there were a few hiccups but it all go sorted out. We are overall happy with the service and the food. The price is good for the all you can eat. Kimchi is on point. If you love Korean food like I do it really hits the spot.

The quality of meat was bad, it took forever to refill small side dishes. The no-smoke system that sucks smoke underneath makes a trick that the bbq is not crispy enough.

I’m Korean, this is the best bbq in flavor and meat quality. Good timely service with spacious table. Ribeye and marinaded Galbi was so tasty!

Overall, we left with regrets. We should have gone to another place. The sweetness and saltiness stuck in our throat for a while. We hate it.
Pros: Clean, good customer service, nice atmosphere
Cons:
- Meat/seafood selection is limited. Everything has sauce or seasoning is overly sweet and not good so if you have to go, choose the unseasoned ones
- Sauce: limited options and you can't make your own. Their sauce is not good and most of them sweet or too creamy/oily
- Veggies: limited options. If you order lettuce, I think they charge extra. They only give you a little on each vegetable plate. For mushrooms, they only have king mushrooms.
- Side dishes: limited options. For soup, they only have two choices of soup and they're only available for dinner time.
- Desserts: They only have 2 options for they're all fried stuff. They don't even offer fruits or something fresh.
- Dessert/sauce/panchan bar: They don't have it. You have to wait for waiter to order.
This is the WORST Korean BBQ that we've ever eaten.

I had the opportunity to try the barbecue at this place. The food was okay overall, but nothing particularly memorable. The service, however, felt lacking — the staff did not seem very attentive, and the overall service experience was somewhat indifferent. In addition, the dessert and sauce options were quite limited. I had to ask if there were any other sauces available, and I was told that only sriracha was offered. Overall, there is room for improvement, especially in terms of service and menu variety.

Food is average at best, everything was either dry or very bland. Service was horrendous, with two servers working nearly 20 tables, and this was on a Saturday night. Not worth it.

Excellent Korean BBQ. All the food was very fresh and delicious. Our server could have been better in that we had to request a couple of things several times like drink refills but he brought the last ones in to-go cups, so that was nice. I'd rather not name him since overall he was good. Our favorites were the short ribs, rib eye and the fish-shaped sweet potato cakes at the end. Great place to bring out-of-town guests.
