It’s nice. Decent food. Movies are fun. The front bar area is lovely. Downfall: don’t forget your driver license 5 pm or after! We had four adults. One elderly adult forgot driver license and we couldn’t get in to see our movie. Didn’t matter if we said we wouldn’t buy drinks. No refund. No credit for future movie watching. Poor customer service. To be fair-we did buy through fandango. Maybe different if you buy through theater directly- but I wouldn’t bet on it. The experience put a damper on our evening. Bad customer service. Should allow all ages at all times.

The service was great and the staff were friendly but I was really disappointed with the food, especially the popcorn. It was cold, stale, and tasted awful. I ended up leaving it untouched because it was honestly inedible. For a luxury theater, I expected much better quality. Definitely hoping they improve the food experience.

This place has gone to heck. Bathrooms are disgusting. The toilets haven’t been scrubbed for a long time. The place smells. You can tell no one is cleaning anywhere. The carpets are full of debris and the hard surface floors are spotted everywhere. Based on the cleanliness of the public areas I would be careful eating or drinking from this establishment. This is a shame since this used to be the nicest place to see a movie. Dang.

Normally we love this theater!! Its beautiful, love the ambiance and how the seats recline and you just order food at the kiosk before you go to your seat and they bring it to you. However, we went last weekend to see Jurassic park and the service was HORRIBLE! I think they may have gotten new staff or their staff just needs more training. It will be a while before we go back!
The theater was empty, and yet it took them 35 minutes to get me my drink. You have to order from a QR code and the QR code at my seat was worn off , thank goodness the theater was empty because I had to go to another seat to order, and the menu is really confusing and will not let you correct any changes. All in all, not an enjoyable experience.

This place used to be so nice. It is filthy now. The theater chairs are ripped up, the floors are disgusting and sticky and there is trash everywhere. The bathrooms aren’t attended to - trash on the ground, no toilet paper or seat covers in half the stalls, and water all over the place. So disappointed.
