I’ve been coming to the Folsom Panda Express for over 10 years, and it’s always been amazing! The food is fresh, flavorful, and packed with care every single time. The customer service here is outstanding the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. After all these years, they’ve never disappointed me. This will always be my go-to Panda Express, and I’ll keep coming back for many more years!

I’ve been coming to this location over a year now !! And there is one cook who never gets it wrong ..He is the best cook they have ! I couldn’t get his name..Short Hispanic male .Whenever I see him I know my food is gonna be good !!

Well. Extremely disappointed. Go in. First person says give me a minute. Ok. Next person walks up. Says tge same thing. Guess walking in are frond upon. Two other people step out. So 5 poeple working there. 1 cook. No one can take an order. Most of the plates have been sitting awhile. So. I left. Horrible service. Guess take out is a better money maker. Would not come back agin

This is a good location! The lines can sometimes be awfully long, as it’s really close to Folsom High School. But the staff, even though sometimes rather overworked-looking, are really nice and attentive. Nice spot to eat once in a while with some buddies

Panda Express is one of my son's favorite quick spots, and we realize that they can be busy with a long line but tonight was particularly disappointing. We came in and were the only ones in line. There were 2 people waiting on food (several items were out and they were cooking fresh), and 2 people were waiting for door dash orders. We stood at the counter for 8 minutes before we even acknowledged, and that was just to day they'd be with us soon. Finally, 15 min after arriving we finally had our orders taken, only to have to wait another 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken to be made. We ordered a bowl with broccoli beef and when we got home, not only was it cold, but there was a ton of chicken, but only 4 pieces of beef, and they were very small pieces. This isn't the typical service or quality at this location, and we sure hope that we don't encounter this again the next time we go there. Eating out is more and more expensive and we certainly didn't feel we got what we paid for.

So I ordered a 2 entree plate . And when i finally got home to eat … they did not give me my complete meal . Very sad and upset that I got charged for a full meal and didn’t even get my full meal
