I really like panda but today I was getting my usual order and while there was no rush there were five employees and one manager sitting around and only gave me half my order. I came back to ask for the other half and when i got back home there was no siracha even tho I ordered the packets… Its sad with five employees and a manager on duty youd think at least one person would try. i spend money here frequently because i like the food but im not sure anymore

Mobile order was missing items from my BIGGER PLATE and food was Luke warm ? I literally live on the other side of the parking lot this store is in so my food being low temp makes me question the food safety practices at this location. There's another Chinese food place around the corner I'll probably just order from moving forward. It's a little more expensive but better than getting McDonald's level food quality for $40

Great food however unfortunately part of the order was forgotten. This was fixed quickly with no trouble. I would put this on me because I did not state it well. Other experiences here were amazing. Great restaurant overall.

The food was excellent. It was super busy on a Thursday evening with a long line and a lot of online orders. They did the best that they could but had a hard time keeping food up when they had so many people ordering. It took about 20 minutes to get our food after we got there. They were very apologetic. The food was fresh and excellent.

Do not order mobile orders from here. I ordered a bigger plate. Once I got home and opened my order, it was a regular plate. Double chicken was missing. I usually check my orders but it was raining badly so I just put the order in my car trunk.Will not purchase food here.
I ordered teriyaki chicken and didnt get the teriyaki sauce because why would they give me teriyaki sauce for my TERIYAKI chicken.but aside from that they have decent portion

Honestly really great customer service and really good food. I came in around 9:30PM, they made us fresh Orange Chicken , (where as other locations have said they will not when I’ve showed up that late). There were customers showing around 9:40PM and wanting to eat in and they had no issues with it. I had to double check to see what time they closed, sure enough 10PM! I was very impressed. They’re working hard in there and have a good crew going. The kitchen executed everything perfectly and everyone communicated with each other on what needed to be done. There was a lady in there tonight who seemed to be one of the managers, she also had really notable super good customer service . I will be back for sure (: You’ve made a regular out of me!Parking: In the same parking lot as Safeway, plenty of parking.

This location is great, I've never had a bad experience with them. The orange chicken and the honey sesame chicken are the best, and the chow mein and fried rice are both good as well. Highly recommend.

I don't understand the negative comments. What do people expect from Fast Chinese Food? They expect world class service and quality? Americans are so biased and uneducated in their dietary habits. You can never go wrong with orange chicken here. One of the best locations.

They are very slow. I ordered an online order for 12 o'clock. The food wasn't ready until 12:32. If I was in line, could've went three times before my online order was ready.
