I pay for the monthly Sip Club so I stopped by and got my free drink. I love that the store is in the Palladio so is pretty close to the freeway. The entrance is in a different place than you think. The best way to get there is to park in the parking garage and then walk to the main entrance at the path closest to Bradshaw. The staff is always friendly.

Called to make an order for pick up on the following day and they had a system error. Was told to pay for it at time of pick up by manager on duty and then got a phone call in the morning stating that they cannot follow through with it as that is company policy. They ran the card again and said it’s the credit card issue, ran a different card a still ran into same issue. These are company cards and funds are available. This place promises one thing and follows through with another. It’s been issue after issue here and this is the final straw. Previously we tried to pick up coffee in bulk order, then tried charging us for the cups. Then we got coffee and they just topped it off with hot water, not all coffee. Sabrina the general manager didn’t seem to care about the customer service aspect and that is where the company is now losing my business moving forward. I will be taking my large catering orders elsewhere.

I love taking my toddler to Panera! The kids’ menu is healthy and affordable, and the staff always helps carry our tray when my hands are full. It’s clean, calm, and the booths make it easy to relax while my little one enjoys his grilled cheese. So much better than typical fast food — real food and real comfort.
So thankful for Panera! I forgot to pick up bagels for a large group on the first day of school until the traditional local bagel places were wiped out. At 3:30pm Panera had a wide selection available and I was able to pick up 3 dozen in flavors that would be liked by hungry high schoolers. The bagels were the following morning and a hit with everyone in attendance. Thanks Panera for coming to my bagel rescue!
