I left the store feeling threatened, disrespected, and unsafe. I did not receive the food I paid for, and I was subjected to behavior from Sam the manager that no customer or human being should ever have to endure. This interaction was not only rude but bordering on verbal abuse by Sam the manager. What was supposed to be a routine food pickup turned into a hostile confrontation that left me shaken.
