Hi today I went to Peet's as it's my birthday month for my free coffee. The barista told me to go to my app and find the reward . ( did not feel that was very friendly) . I ended up ordering a coffee and paying for it as my app was not working Correctly . I ask then to speak with Management got treated same way .Management could do nothing without going thru the app . So much for (taking care of the customer !)

Came here for a quick drink. Ordered a matcha lemonade. Service was fast, the barista was multitasking. Nothing special but if you are looking a place to sit down and chat.. will be a great place .. very quiet and cozy

I called ahead of time to see what time they closed and they said 5:30 . I thought to myself great it's 4:35 I have enough time to sit relax and study my book. I am only a couple of miles down the street. I get my coffee sit outside studying. Soon realize I have to use the bathroom. I leave my book on the table and head to the restroom. It's locked .ok I'll wait. Well an employee name Sierra came out and said she just cleaned the bathroom. Ok and? She said I couldn't use it . I said excuse me but you close at 5:30 business is still open. Oh we clean 30 minutes before we close. But I need to use the bathroom now. Sorry i just cleaned it. I said clean it again when I am done. No , the chemicals have to sit for awhile She said. This is what you call a very lazy employee. What else is she being lazy at this coffee house?I got her name and told her I'll be calling coperate. Unbelievable!!!

Trying to make a quick stop between daycare drop off and getting home two minutes away before I have to log on for a morning meeting. 20 minutes should be enough time. Three others order before me, I'm the last in line. Rather than take my order, and give an illusion that my drink will be ready, I stand there for nearly 10 minutes. No one says anything. There is an old guy with a pony tail who was taking orders and just ditches me, doesn't even say a word. I inch closer to the register before I finally just turn out and leave. Just waited in line after the app said my payment wasn't good. Trying to see what's wrong and place my order in person. Never mind. Not a huge fan of Sbux, I'll just brew my own bag of Peet's from Costco at home.

My roommate has been low-key incepting this place into my mind ever since she came a few weeks ago. "You know what would be good right now? A lavender latte." "You know what we should get for brunch? Toast." And on and on until I finally caved today and came here to get a bit of studying done.

i've switched from Starbucks to Pete's Coffee, found an awesome location stayed there all day. Great music great seating and the cafe latte was delicious. I'll be going back there almost every day to finish my novel,I am writing.

We used to be big fans of this Peets. We'd often visit several times a week and felt like we were friends with every one of the employees, most of whom we knew by name, and they knew us. Then about a year ago, they started a big turnover and the place went steadily downhill. Orders were consistently wrong, they'd often forget to make our order until reminded. Once I ordered a medium coffee and when I went to pick it up, it was a small. I looked at her quizzically, and she said, "Oh we're all out of medium cups so I put it in a small." Seriously. One of the other employees corrected her and told her they had medium cups and fixed it, but c'mon now! You can upsize, but it doesn't work the other way! Then the employees began to take out the trash every time we were there. Which at this location, is a big deal. They load the trash into a huge 50-100 gallon barrel which is mounted on hard wheels that clatter loudly across the tile floor. Incredibly annoying sound, and this would happen whatever time of day we went in. Then one day, the girl taking out the trash removed the large aluminum lid from the receptacle and dropped it to the floor with a huge clang. Not an accident. She had no idea it was a problem until my wife called her on it, at which point she looked at us mouth agape, having no clue what was amiss. We used to go there to enjoy a nice cafe experience. We don't grab a quick cup to go, we sit and enjoy the atmosphere of the cafe and relax. So since the atmosphere is no longer relaxing, we've moved our cafe experience to Kingdom Roasters. Shame, because Peets has good coffee and tea. But there's more to it than that folks!

The day I was there, the two ladies working were so sweet. They quickly got my order and seemed genuinely interested in friendly conversation with me. Loved the warm feel and great customer service!

Huge fan of Peets coffee. The location is great for me since its about a ten minute drive from my home. I do wish there were more casual seating options (i.e. couch) but there are plenty of tables for studying, reading, socializing. The associates are super quick and the coffee is consistently good. I do wish that there are more Peets Coffee locations in Folsom but I will not complain! I have enjoyed studying here a few times and can appreciate the outdoor and indoor seating.
