Pete's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Folsom

We had a flawless dinner at Frends Brewhouse! We started with the delicious fried artichoke hearts. My Jumbolaya was packed with flavor, and my wife loved her spicy chicken fettuccine. My Old Fashioned was perfectly made.

The service was exceptional—our bartender was attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable.

Add in six TVs for sports and great outdoor seating, and this place has it all. A definite go-to spot in Folsom. Don't miss it

To go food was the worst $80 food I've ever gotten in my life. Maybe if you eat there it's better but I ordered early in the evening when they weren't busy, food was cold, overcooked, and soggy. I'll doordash tacobell before I return to this place.

Wow, what a great little place! I had the tomato bisque - so good! Also had the turkey sandwich- YUM!! The bread was so soft, turkey was smoked and fresh, yummy bacon and avocado. We will be back!! Cute patio and ambience inside as well. Very nice

Dined here just under an hour or so with my toddler who was having one tough day. I wanted dinner anyways after a lake day. Angelina took amazing care of us. I was slightly embarrassed at times with the way my son was acting but I wanted to have a sit down dinner with the two of us. Angelina took amazing care of my son and I and was extremely patient and caring to him. I would come back just for her service alone. Thank you Angelina!

As regular customers of the former restaurant, Pete’s, we were hoping Frends Brewhouse would be just as good if not better. I’m happy to report it was great. We ordered our usual Caesar salad and pizza and both were delicious. I really enjoyed my Sudwerk Amber Lager as well. Great service from our main server and everyone on the staff. Plus outdoor dining next to beautiful oak trees can’t be duplicated. We will be back!

So, it used to be Pete's pizza, very successful and the food was delicious. You don't buy a successful business and change the recipe. It's unfortunate I have to be honest and post this. Service sucked too. You can tell the change. You got rid of the garlic knots. Lol! BTW I know you see the change . It's unfortunate

The restaurant was dead and our server was nowhere to be found. Also wack.

The server whose name I never got, applied a 20% gratuity but didn’t mentioned it. That feels shady considering 2 members of our party of 6 are under four years old. Not to mention we were never given kids menus. IMO if you want to charge me for a party of 6 treat my whole party as paying customers.

Had I not looked I would have ended up tipping her a total of 40%, which is way more than she deserved. Even 20% was too high considering we were barely given the attention that justifies a $20+ tip.

This place is supposedly rebranding themselves as Frends (no that’s not a typo)

I liked it better when it was Pete’s, not sure if the same dude even still owns it but Sonny was the best and so was his food. Don’t even waste your time. Dels Pizza on Madison and Fair Oaks is 100x better if you’re looking for pizza and good service.
