PhoEver in Folsom is an absolute gem and a legit spot for authentic Vietnamese comfort food. The food and service are consistently excellent. The pho is gluten-free with a broth made from fresh, quality ingredients, tasting clean and authentic; the pho special and short rib pho are highly recommended. For something different, the bún riêu is an exceptional, comforting, and flavorful bowl, and the Bun Bo Hue broth is juicy and flavorful. Other standout dishes include amazing shrimp, pork, and onion won tons, a super fresh and tasty pork bánh mì, a chicken banh mi, a shaking beef rice plate, and a Banh Mi thit nuong. They also offer authentic sugarcane juice. Portions are plentiful and fair, the restaurant has a homemade taste, and the service is incredible, super sweet, attentive, and kind. The location is convenient, just minutes from downtown Folsom. It is a family restaurant highly recommended for anyone in the area.
