oh my god, this place is genuinely the best pho spot i’ve been to. once i start ordering, i start to enter the flow state. the server, christina, recommended the number 5, pho special, number 10, shaking beef rice plate, &’ chicken banh mi &’ add an egg. i decided to get everything she recommended &’ was so happy i did. it only took like 6 - 7 minutes to come out. the food was delicious &’ it had a homemade taste to it. very skibidi, it made me feel like a sigma wolf grubbing on all the food. i have to give a shout out to christina because she was incredible, super sweet &’ attentive. my meal &’ time there was made 10 times better because of her. come support this family restaurant !!!

PhoEver in Folsom is an absolute gem! The food and service are consistently excellent, and everything we ordered was truly delicious. If you’re craving bún riêu, there’s no need to drive all the way to Sacramento — this is the spot for a comforting, flavorful bowl of Vietnamese tomato crab soup noodles. They really get it right here.
Their pho is also gluten/wheat-free, and the broth is made from fresh, quality ingredients, which makes every bowl taste clean and authentic. If you see the short rib pho on the menu, don’t miss it — they make it so well that it often sells out.
The restaurant is conveniently located just five minutes from downtown Folsom and about 10–15 minutes from the outdoor shopping center, making it an easy stop during your day. And after you’re full and happy, you can head over to Natoma Lake to enjoy the beautiful views — the perfect way to end a great meal.

Waiting for the DMV on an empty stomach is no joke. However, I was intrigued in paying this place a visit after seeing the reviews online and the fact that it was next door made it so much better.
This place is legit! Despite it being the lunch hour, I was seated and had my order taken quickly. I had the egg rolls and the pho special which the portions were plentiful and fair for the price.
If you’re in the mood for great pho, this is the place to come to.

I ordered a taro milk tea, it was really bad, it felt like I had sand in my mouth. I asked if they had tasted it, to which I was told just stir it. Moreover, she didn't even come out to me, she spoke to me through the speaker phone of another employee. So $8 goes in the trash.

I have been here twice while waiting at the DMV, love the eggrolls and atmosphere.
Authentic sugarcane juice!! It didn’t taste frozen and turns out, they actually pick the sugarcane up from a farm. Cheapest price I found also, in the middle of Folsom, in the middle of the heat!! Their service was amazing, very attentive. The Bun Bo Hue broth is juicy and flavorful by itself, but if you’re a fan like me, just ask them for shrimp paste and they’ll bring it for you, then it’s chef kiss. Meat portion was generous. They also had frozen Thai chilies to offer if you just ask lol which I did. I also ordered their Banh Mi thit nuong to go and it was well worth the money. Will definitely come back. Now DMV trip doesn’t seem so boring anymore

This place has to be one of the best Pho I've ever had, I went there with a couple of my friends from Canada, Our experience went amazing. I believe it is a family-owned restaurant, they were extremely nice and patient with us, Christina, our waitress, was really sweet and explained to us all the specials in the menu. This is a place I will surely come back whenever I go to California around the Folsom Area.
