PhoEver in Folsom is an absolute gem! The food and service are consistently excellent, and everything we ordered was truly delicious. If you’re craving bún riêu, there’s no need to drive all the way to Sacramento — this is the spot for a comforting, flavorful bowl of Vietnamese tomato crab soup noodles. They really get it right here.

Their pho is also gluten/wheat-free, and the broth is made from fresh, quality ingredients, which makes every bowl taste...
