Love their pizzas! Make it how you want and they cook really fast - so good!

I had not dine-in here yet. Just got one time online order thru their website. $5 off on $15 order for new store sign up account.

Pieology pizza has nice customize option for customer. You can add as many meat/ sauce/ topping as you want from their list. Also they have variety option for pizza crust. I chose the cauliflower one as mentioned it’s keto friendly. It’s good that you can add many kind of sauce on your pizza but be watch out for adding too much then pizza turns out really bad.!

As my order’s very late at night. When i came they were cleaning up the store. Caught that they even keep my pizza box in the warm bag while waiting for being picked up !!!! A Small thing makes me feel staff really care about customer food!!! Appreciate for it.

The pizza came out good. However they close at 930pm and at 845 they were telling people they had to take it to go and has all the chairs put up. Even two guys sitting eating pizza were told they had to go soon so they could put their chairs. I dont mind taking it to go but was very rushed and not professional. Dont go anytime after 8pm!

This place is skimp city.
$1 for extra cheese, $1.50 for a little thing of ranch plus the skimpy toppings for what you pay. Workers there looked like they wanted to get outta there asap.
Save yourself some money and make it at home or go elsewhere.

Great tasting pizza. Tons of options for toppings and beverages. I don't like that they charge almost $4 more for each different crust option and a $1 for a side of ranch. Ranch should be free like at Sac Pizza Co. Offers ranch for free.

Food was made fresh and picked in front of you. A good go-to spot for pizza!

We are long time favorite fans of Pieology in Bay Area and decided to try it the one in Folsom. We got 2 thin crust pizzas. The girl who helped us was kind and put 2 half pizza on different tray as I shared a pizza with my kiddo.

In my previous experience in different store, they usually asked if I want any butter on my crust before proceeding to putting the sauce but they didn’t ask me for it here. We chose our own topping and they gave generously. My problem was with the crust - it was super thin and couldn’t hold the toppings. Aside from that, the sauce & topping were tasty & fresh.

Stuffed crust isnt stuffed crust. Was explained that it isn't stuffed crust but a dough cheese and then another dough. Even after explanation and inspection doesn't seem that was the case either. Very doughy and not that great. Probably should stuck to a regular pie if you order. Very weird way to get an extra 3 bucks added on to your pizza.

Ordered a Gluten free Vegan Pizza, and it was burnt quater inches on edges.
Tried to call store regarding quality of pie and nobody answered

Just employees have some strange attitude

The staff here at 1:40 today were amazingly wonderful. There were a slew of people, like 15, and there were only two of them but they smoothly and professionally handled the crowd. They were efficient and still engaging and nice! There was a little bit of a wait but not much at all! I expected to have to wait forever because of all the people ahead of me, but I didn't! They were a well-oiled machine and worked together to get everyone's orders out! I am so impressed!

Jo Jo has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. Many front end staff could learn something from her on how to help customers. Food was very tasty too!
