Took my kids and this place is a rip off with their portions. I ordered 3 medium sizes for $9.00 each and the lady only put half of the amount in the cups. I asked her to add more yogurt and replied she couldn’t. I should have just left. I will never return back.

I took the kids here because of minimum day and will never go back. They charge by the cup but the lady working today gave me and my kids cups that were so far from full it was ridiculous. Most froyo places charge by weight but not here, now I know why.

I love Pinkberry Yuzu flavor yogurt. Their yogurt always tastes very clean and flavorful. Although there was one occasion where the salespeople scooped very little yogurt into my paper cup at the Folsom location. I should have said something.

$46 and the Indian lady gave the smallest portions of the toppings. Some of the fruits i just had one piece. Its not even me asking for too much, I am paying $10.99 for a large, make it large. Basically just had straight yogurt.

Very unprofessional. Came in today at 8:50 pm, 2 girls were cleaning the place up to close, looked like. No hello, no smile, super rude, even as we were ordering. She seemed as though she hated her job and absolutely did not want to be there. I wanted to use my birthday reward and the girl who took our order told me I couldn't use the reward since I didn't order a small. I've been going to Pinkberry for years and every time, I would just pay the difference for the upgrade. The girl seemed to be having a bad day; but when you're in customer service, you need to set your personal problems aside and not spread the misery to all those around you. Owners need to get a handle on the customer service in this place. Looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience.
