I ordered pizza for my family and when it got here 2 of them were fine however the last one (pepperoni & cheese) was missing a whole lot of cheese so I called the shop and explained what had happen and was told " I dont know why you would get a pizza like that cause everything is measured out " so I said "I dont know either but I did, can i send you a picture of it?" They said "no, but if you want we can make you another one and you have to come it get it or next time you can get a free appetizer or soda" I told them I did not have a way to come get it" at this point I was starting to get mad so I just said would call back. I have been working all day I'm tried and just trying to feed my family. I have been a longtime customer so I already know that if I come pick it up you get a free soda. All I wanted was a mistake fixed but instead I got spoke to like I was trying pull one over on them and get something for free.

Really good pizza--gluten free is pretty darn good. I recently had a bunch of Pizzas delivered to SeaQuest for a party. I thought that SeaQuest would accept the pizzas but they don't. The Pizza Guys delivery man waited for 20 minutes until I realized that he was outside waiting. Super nice guy! The delivery guys are always very cool.

They called me about job when I went for interview they told me we need you to work but they didn’t call me again. I called them the owner said ok don’t worry we need you and he will call me after 2 days . I think when the owner is not honest the best things put the bad

Pizza wasn't hot Luke warm ordered a combo it looked like someone dropped it and the pepperoni pizza looked over cooked hardly any cheese on it and the price for it terrible won't recommend this place to anyone very

I've been wanting to try Pizza Guys for a long time. I've had it a few times at work and have liked their different specialty pizzas. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and wings online and was able to find a 25% off coupon code. When I arrived to the store about 15 minutes later my order was already waiting for me. The store has a small waiting area and is geared for delivery or pickup only. The employees were super friendly. They told me about the free 2 liter soda for pick up orders and even honored the Yelp! coupon for free Dreyer's ice cream - double score!! The food was still warm when I brought it home. Everyone really enjoyed the hand tossed New York style pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and the crust was chewy in the traditional sense which is different from the more airy and light crust that we're used to with Papa John's. Overall our meal was delicious and a great value. We look forward to trying the other specialty pizzas.

Pizza guys now is very bad at Saturday we buy it few boxes for team my company. All peole feel yourself bad two days. It poison him white sauce poison. They buy cheap sauces for sale good money get profit. But not think about customers it no good for healthy.Never eaten it again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My brother and I ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza on white sauce. We didn't realize until we got home that the pizza was made on red sauce. We specifically asked for white sauce. When we came to pick up our order, upon paying, we received on our end that payment went through, but the cashier said it didn't on their end. So we paid again, using the same card and again it said approved but no receipt was printed so he said let's try one more time using another card. We paid a 3rd time for this pizza and it showed approved again and on our end but not on theirs. Now we are getting frustrated because we have paid 3 times for pizza and all 3 payments said approved on our end. The cashier started showing attitude and just said "take your free pizza and go, just go take your free pizza". When we got home and called the bank, all 3 payments in fact did go through and we paid over $90 for a pizza that wasn't even prepared right. Now disputing charges with banks. Very unprofessional.

I'm give them a 5 star because the food is great. Here's my advice to Pizza Guys themselves, when we check leave it on the door there is a reason, my reason is my dog loses it and I have young children. It states leave on door on the top of the receipt. But you will knock on the door repeatedly, linger outside on the curb waiting for us to open the doors, it's kinda a creepy vibe. Paying attention to details is important to this customer. Thank you I love the pizza.
Excellent gluten free crust and great pizza. Every time. They are fast too. We always enjoy the fresh vegetables and grilled chicken on our pizza.

I know they're a big chain and I always try and support local, but I wanted to give a shout out to my delivery driver tonight. He brought our food and forgot the sauce. I inquired and he said there was no sauce on the order. I told him you were forced to choose one, so there should be, but it was no big deal. He called back to the kitchen and confirmed that he was mistaken, and promptly drove back and got me the 50 cents worth of sauce and an extra ranch. It was not economical at all, but I appreciated the gesture and customer service!

Sometimes you just want a great pizza, great pricing helps and delivered fast and hot well there is your icing on the cake. Pizza Guys has a great selection of specialties, and you can always build your but never have I had a bad Pie or long wait plus order directly thru their website and get points without having to sacrifice your 17 year credit history but free pizza's are relatively easy to earn with their points program (Talking about that free pizza I got in photo ?) if you have never tried you should, if it's been a while much better than a few years ago, if you've been a regular you probably didn't need my review ? but truly great place and isn't gouging as some places seem to be doing lately
