Really good pizza--gluten free is pretty darn good. I recently had a bunch of Pizzas delivered to SeaQuest for a party. I thought that SeaQuest would accept the pizzas but they don't. The Pizza Guys delivery man waited for 20 minutes until I realized that he was outside waiting. Super nice guy! The delivery guys are always very cool.

I've been wanting to try Pizza Guys for a long time. I've had it a few times at work and have liked their different specialty pizzas. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and wings online and was able to find a 25% off coupon code. When I arrived to the store about 15 minutes later my order was already waiting for me. The store has a small waiting area and is geared for delivery or pickup only. The employees were super friendly. They told me about the free 2 liter soda for pick up orders and even honored the Yelp! coupon for free Dreyer's ice cream - double score!! The food was still warm when I brought it home. Everyone really enjoyed the hand tossed New York style pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and the crust was chewy in the traditional sense which is different from the more airy and light crust that we're used to with Papa John's. Overall our meal was delicious and a great value. We look forward to trying the other specialty pizzas.

The food was okay,it is not as good as Papa Johns though.The dough was stiff. We got a free pepsi and icecream for desert. We got the food quickly. All and allI will give it a 4.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My brother and I ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza on white sauce. We didn't realize until we got home that the pizza was made on red sauce. We specifically asked for white sauce. When we came to pick up our order, upon paying, we received on our end that payment went through, but the cashier said it didn't on their end. So we paid again, using the same card and again it said approved but no receipt was printed so he said let's try one more time using another card. We paid a 3rd time for this pizza and it showed approved again and on our end but not on theirs. Now we are getting frustrated because we have paid 3 times for pizza and all 3 payments said approved on our end. The cashier started showing attitude and just said "take your free pizza and go, just go take your free pizza". When we got home and called the bank, all 3 payments in fact did go through and we paid over $90 for a pizza that wasn't even prepared right. Now disputing charges with banks. Very unprofessional.

I'm give them a 5 star because the food is great. Here's my advice to Pizza Guys themselves, when we check leave it on the door there is a reason, my reason is my dog loses it and I have young children. It states leave on door on the top of the receipt. But you will knock on the door repeatedly, linger outside on the curb waiting for us to open the doors, it's kinda a creepy vibe. Paying attention to details is important to this customer. Thank you I love the pizza.

I know they're a big chain and I always try and support local, but I wanted to give a shout out to my delivery driver tonight. He brought our food and forgot the sauce. I inquired and he said there was no sauce on the order. I told him you were forced to choose one, so there should be, but it was no big deal. He called back to the kitchen and confirmed that he was mistaken, and promptly drove back and got me the 50 cents worth of sauce and an extra ranch. It was not economical at all, but I appreciated the gesture and customer service!

I am a pizza aficionado, and have eaten pizza at the birthplace of - pizza Napoli, Napoli, and many restaurants in Italy, particularly Naples. If you know Italian pizza, you understand that the American take on it is very different. Here is why Pizza Guys is my go-to American-style pizza: 1) the crusts are very good with the right amount of chew and the right crunch, 2) the sauce isn't ruined by rosemary or oregano (herbs that are almost never found in Italian sauces), 3) no yellow cheese - no way yellow cheese belongs on pizza 4) toppings are high quality and FRESH 5) not gobs of cheese 6) the staff cares about their product and the customer. I can always count on a tasty pizza from Pizza Guys. The staff and management are friendly, courteous and adult. I recommend Pizza Guys to American customers whose palates haven't been corrupted by bad pizza.

I'm sitting in the waiting area, waiting to pick my pizza up. The nice guy Ryan was on the phone being so patient with an upset customer. He was being calm and respectful asking the customer what he could do to make it right. The customer was being an A$$H0LE. Ryan apologized to me for making me wait while he was being cursed at. I let him know, 'Nobody, deserves to be treated that way. It was okay to hang up'. A good young man, ring respectful and being treated like crap. Negative 5 stars to the caller. Wish I could give Ryan more stars.

I have a problem with their "loyalty " program, it seems nice and all, but are you really rewarding your loyal customers when they can't use it for a delivery on one pizza? Or when you use it and the order would have totaled $40, but you use your points so it only ended up being $16, you don't give the 2 liter soda then, that you offer for free when you spend over $20? I mean really, your pizza isn't that good- Last time, time to move on. I could deal with mediocre pizza if you truly were focused on customer service, but when you get to nickel and dimmed over something so small to "loyal" customers- not a place I will choose to take my money anymore.

I needed a pie delivered for our staff meeting. The first place I called (the nearest, and I knew their pizza to be okay) said they don't do their own delivery orders, and directed me to Ubër Eats or Door Dash. No thank you, I'm not signing up for another app. I hate middle men, much prefer dealing direct.Pizza Guys was the next nearest on Yelps list was Pizza Guys. Jessica was cheerful from the second she answered my call, walked me through my order (I hadn't yet pulled up the menu, so she was patient and helpful there too), and the pizza arrived at its scheduled time. Best part: the entire staff (with very different tastes and eating habits) LOVED it. I'll be back!

On Wednesday evening my boyfriend surprised us with dinner and dessert to eat together as a family. I'll review each item below! Heart-Shaped Pizza with Cup & Crisp Pepperoni and Pineapple~ I always wanted to try a heart-shaped pizza for the month of love, we shared as a family and thought it was pretty good, minus the crust. Cheezee Bacon Rolls~ I'm speechless, let's just say I had quite the foodgasm! Buttery, creamy, ooey gooey cheesy and don't even get me started on that applewood smoked BACON, starts salivating! Seriously order these and thank me later! Big n' Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie~ As soon as I took a bite of this warm buttery mouthwatering cookie, I could tell it was fresh baked, the chocolate chips were ooey gooey melty inside and not to mention it held it's shape when dunked in a glass of ice cold milk! This was the best cookie I've ever had, seriously order this and thank me later! Support local businesses, especially now when they need our business the most!
