Out of the ones within the area, this is one of the better ones. But we've had repeated issues with ordering an additional basket of fries and it takes so long to come out we're almost finished with our food. The food is usually cooked well though and service has never been terrible.

Visited on a Sunday evening and were attended by our server, Miguel. Miguel was very informative about the menu and the reward program offered by Red Robin. Overall, the food was good and the customer service provided by Miguel was exceptional!

Red robin has been a fun family location for years. Normally I frequent Roseville with the kids but today we found ourselves in Folsom. The location was clean and the atmosphere was up to the normal standard. The service however was a far cry from the Roseville location.

1. Server didn't bring out food which is normally fine but my order was wrong and she didn't come back to check on us until we were done. I ordered spicy honey chicken and got a normal sad chicken instead. For the sake of time I ate it.

2. Soda refills. This is my simplest request almost everything else is negotiable. I was out of soda after a couple bites of the dry chicken and since neither our waiter or manager came by I was unable to get a refill during this visit. Same for my children.

3. Bottomless fries...come on....do I really need to say it? We come for the fries but on this visit we were not offered a single refill of fries either.

All and all it was an unfortunate experience. It was 1140 on a Saturday and the place was pretty slow. Our server spent the majority of the time laughing with fellow employees while the manager stood at the front door. Bill was 80 dollars. I want to tip and normally I will be at +25% but unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to leave more than 10 bucks. Frankly you did absolutely nothing to earn it. I will not be back to this location.

Would leave 0 stars. Waited 20 min when it wasn't crowded. Over 90 degrees never offered a drink. When we got up to leave with the kids because they were hot and thirsty they sat someone at our table not even cleaning it because it already had menus.

Met up with friends, 50 years in the making. We asked for and received a booth away from the crowds. We spent 4 hours reminiscing and generally telling lies. Management was willing to let us hang out. Thank you for catering to 3 old guys!

I had an amazing meal at Red Robin, trying both the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the California Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious! The crispy chicken was perfectly fried, and the California sandwich had fresh, flavorful toppings. The sandwiches were juicy and satisfying, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for a tasty and fulfilling meal!
