Red Robin is as consistent as any place we’ve been in Folsom. Always great servers, food and atmosphere and tonight was no exception. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

This place was not worth going to and I will not return the service was poor the food was just okay in the atmosphere was not exciting. It took our group 15 to 20 minutes just to get drinks and then we had to ask for silverware and napkins after our food was delivered.

This specific trip, the service was a negative.
Was my birthday, and received a email about a free burger. We were set at a table without the little kiosk checkout device. Which was fine as the kids didn't fight over it.
The manager came over and asked how everything was, and one of the kids said it's Dad's birthday. He said oh happy birthday I'll tell your server.
The server brought over the check and I wrote our loyalty number on it and he said okay I'll input that,.since we didn't have the kiosk thing. When I got the receipt, he didn't use the number, we didn't get the points, or the free burger. Not that I needed it, but they didn't do the little birthday song either. So while the food was good, the overall was meh.

Very understaffed, especially on Black Friday night. Hostess (Eliza)had a lobby full of people and only taking one name at a time, and was also tasked with handling take out orders. Management was nowhere to be found. Table we were seated at had soda previously spilled on the chair and floor but wasn’t wiped off before my wife sat down. This been the worst Red Robin we have ever been to. For the location, I would think they would be better staffed and trained.

Hostess was very kind. Sat in the bar. It was a quiet, yet fun atmosphere, hearing all the regulars and their banter. I ordered the Madlove with some mods. The burger and side came out perfect. Food tasted great. Refill on side was out almost simultaneously! Steve was super personable and efficient!

On Monday the 10th the 4 of Us came into RR for lunch and we were waited on by Mandi. What a delighful& A Great Server. We ordered hamburgers and enjoyed the bottomless fries and definitely will be back soon. I really enjoyed a great offer as well with RR's on their gift cards.Thank You Mandi for an enjoyable afternoon meal!!

Great experience, even at 9pm on a Monday! Food tasted great (consistent and as expected) and was at the right temp, even though there was only one person on the floor. I forgot her name (Erin, maybe?) but she was absolutely lovely, and delivered the food with good pacing.

Definitely not what I would call gourmet anything. In-n-Out burger leaves this place in the dust, without the screaming kids.
