I had an amazing meal at Red Robin, trying both the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the California Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious! The crispy chicken was perfectly fried, and the California sandwich had fresh, flavorful toppings. The sandwiches were juicy and satisfying, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for a tasty and fulfilling meal!

I recently visited Red Robin and had the pleasure of being served by Matt. From the moment we walked in, Matt's friendly demeanor and professionalism stood out. He was attentive to our needs, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured our dining experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, and Matt's exceptional service made it even better. If you're heading to Red Robin, I highly recommend asking for Matt – he truly made our visit memorable!

Ordered to go. No avocado in salad like it was supposed to have. Barely any bacon and egg. Just American mix and a sliced chicken, not even sliced all the way … so pretty much a patty. Go to Dave’s and Busters across the street, their food is MUCH better quality. This was a $22 salad! What a joke.

Had the calfifornia chicken sandwich. Rubber. Didn't eat but two bites. No refund. Just a laugh from the server and my bill. Woke up to tummy issues. Thanks red Robin. The service was great. But the food? Looked and tasted like a frozen grilled chicken something that was microwaved. Usually when asked about your food someone gives some sort of care. My best friend had the same experience overnight stomach issues. Also had some sort of chicken sandwich

Our server, Steve, was fast and friendly, even during a very busy Christmas shopping day (12/ 23). Food was good and drinks were too. We had a nice relaxing time before we hit a few more stores. Location is clean and well maintained.
The Hostess could use a bit of hospitality training. She was visibly annoyed with the people in front of us and ignored our group for a couple minutes. We observed several people wait for assistance, only to leave before even being greeted by the Hostess.
Highly recommend the Parmesan Brussel Sprouts, Onion Ring Tower, Haystack Burger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Fondue Burger and the bottomless Cream Sodas.

As a regular customer at Red Robin for many years, the server Anthony is always unpleasant to have as our waiter. As soon as we find out he is assigned to our table, my family knows that it will not be an enjoyable dinning experience.
He takes long to take our order and is never attentive with our food, fries and drinks. Then the portions of our milk shakes are not filled to the top or he doesn’t add all the toppings. He also had the nerve to charge me for bottom less fries. I understand we all have bad days but Anthony always provides poor service every time we get him as our waiter. The next time we go back, I will request for another server.

The food was excellent except for the chips and cheese appetizer. The chips were cold and soggy. The cheese was only like warm. Definitely not worth the 10.99. Our meals were great. The service was just ok. She was only half way paying attention to our table. She was very busy talking with her coworkers. At the end I did still tip her even though I had to walk up to the counter get my own container to pack up my food. She never even greeted us the last 7-10 mins we were there. Something to work on.

Broccoli was hard and cold. Bacon on my sandwich was burnt. Waitress was not very good ignored us and waited hand and foot on the table next to us. Will never go back.

Kids hamburgers were burnt and hard. Went for my sons bday, let the server know, they never sang happy birthday or gave him a dessert. Disappointed to say the least
