Boy this place has really gone downhill. Slow and inattentive service, overcooked and hastily prepared food, children running amok throughout the restaurant. It seemed like they had enough people but they seemed very unorganized and chaotic. Not a relaxing meal in the slightest.

Honestly, the food was mediocre at best. Service had us waiting for a while at our table. Didn't bring napkins, condiments, or utensils. Not worth the money.
The food was good, unfortunately my family did not have the best experience with service. No napkins given with our dinner until we finally asked for them and no water refills until we were already done with our meals and checking out ?

I work in the Palladio and eat at this Red Robin 3-5 times a week! I order online and pick up my food and either eat outside, at the bar, or take it back to work. But it is always hot and always ready quickly! The staff are so amazing!!!
