Repressa has been amazing since chef Billy opened up for business. The food and service are always top notch, providing excellent food with great company. One of my top to go places in the Sacramento area. Everything is great, the chicken sandwich and old folsom burger are my faves. So good!!

The chicken sandwich was so good!(Ask for them to make it spicy) The owner/chef is super nice and the food was delicious! It is inside of another establishment but apparently they are moving soon.

Ya gotta try this place! We'd been walking the @Johnny Cash Trail on a Thursday in late September arriving @Folsom Zoo. Did a quick search for "Restaurants Near Me" and up pops @Repressa Grill. Well named, great website, so close...perfect! At the counter Ms. Elle ordered Steak Nachos, our friend from Australia Chris the Blues Burger, I went for Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meals which were served to us while sitting at benches outside with our dog LuLu. The marinated chicken was perfectly cooked with a slight spicy tang from the rub which has some Sriracha sauce kick. Everyone agreed...5-stars! William, you're a great host and Elle and I will be back to sample other menu items. Chris probably not, he's back to Oz Saturday.
Went here spontaneously during the Renaissance fair and experienced such a pleasant surprise. Had the brie, steak, and chimichurri panini. We were so shocked about how good it was!!! Also had to try their housemade pickles. SOOO GOOD!!! Good freaking job chef, you genius ?????????? Words cannot explain how happy we were with how good the food was!! Our party could not stop raving about how much we liked our food for at least 30 minutes. We were so pleasantly shocked-- talk about a food serotonin boost. Plus, the atmosphere is friendly and staff are SO nice. I live in sac but feel like the drive to folsom is 100% worth it to eat here again.

UPDATE: Aug 2, 2023:Old Folsom burger - still the best!Great Long Island Iced Tea from Randy, Bartender at the Folsom Dam Bar (in the same building). No "Chef Wizard today" - my loss. :( The staff at Repressa are still fabulous. Guaranteed to please!5.0!! Great service, friendly staff & the BEST damned burger I've had in YEARS !!If you don't drink much, ask the Bartender to make yours light on the liquor. LOL
Represa is a hidden gem in Folsom. The staff are all great and super helpful. They took time to talk about the food and explain some of the favorites, even though they were busy. They also came by after I was done to see how it was. Food is delicious!

Stopped by yesterday eve and ordered the "Not Your Chef's Salad" with steak. Just amazing... a great twist on a Greek salad!! Hands down, tastiest meal I've had in a while. Hats off to Chef William and staff!

We LOVE Repressa Grill at The Dam Bar! Everything we have tried here, the Repressa Burger, Chicken Sandwich, Fried Pickles, Fries, Steak Tacos - everything is so good!! They are also very friendly- great service, portions, and prices!
Amazing burger, best sweet potato fries I've ever had - cooked to perfection and covered in chunky salt, and the serving size was perfect! Definitely going to become a staple for whenever we're in the area.
Kid-friendliness: The grill is attached to a bar, but there's a window to order from and picnic benches just outside.
