Update: Went back recently, place has gone way downhill. Lattes are nothing like they used be! Surly guy behind the bar simply muttered no, with an expressionless face when I asked if they had beans to buy.Prior review one year ago:Best coffee shop/ cafe in town! Unbelievable Historic Old Folsom location! Live this place!!

Just left. I was hoping to stay for a while and work on my laptop but for some reason they prop the doors open in the winter when it’s 35 degrees outside. Now I understand why the place is virtually empty, no one wants to spend time there when it’s cold and

I went to Folsom Cafe this morning and got a cup of coffee before olive oil tasting. The young lady behind the counter was great! Friendly knowledgeable about coffee and just had a nice disposition. Coffee was delicious too. Thank you.

Ordered a BLT.... Worst sandwich I've ever had. I'm not joking, there was no bacon on it.. left the whole sandwich on the table and walked out. Do not go here, you're wasting your money.

Folsom Cafe provides a delightful coffee experience with a charming atmosphere in Old Folsom. The cozy ambiance enhances the enjoyment of their excellent coffee selection. The standout item, without a doubt, is their gingerbread scone - a flavorful treat that adds a unique and delicious touch to your visit. Highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts seeking a warm and inviting spot in the heart of Folsom.

Stopped in today because I have heard good things about their new chef.. I was not disappointed! I tried an apple muffin with dream cheese frosting that was divine!! Not too sweet, plenty of cinnamon spice and fresh baked apples in the center it was so good!! There were lots of other from scratch goodies on the menu can't wait to try something else next time ?
