The service at the restaurant was great. However, the pizza we received was terrible. We ordered a large Hawaiian on regular crust. It must have been made on the thin crust dough because it was basically non existent. On over half of the pieces there was barely any cheese. Our family has been visiting this restaurant for over 35 years but the last two times we’ve ordered it hasn’t been good. The first time we just thought it was accidental because things happen but now that it’s happened the last two visits I don’t think we’ll be ordering again. This makes me sad.

I haven’t even stepped in the restaurant yet, and I already have a poor rating based on their webpage. No lunchtime hours or specialty lunchtime pizza hours listed. When are those hours in effect and when do they stop, then when do the more expensive hours start? It doesn’t make any sense to me that you haven’t listed this information!

Unfortunately my pizza took almost 1 hour when told 20 minutes when I arrived. It had 5mins then about 10mis they came over and told me they made it wrong and re made it no big deal. They call me over hand it to me and I leave get home and it was burnt

They were extremely busy got the food out very quickly, and the order was all correct. They did charge me twice for ranch because I bought some online and they didn’t give me the amount I bought but than told me I had to pay more but I didn’t think about it by the time I was home. It was okay. They’re fast though

Honestly, when actual employees delivered, it was amazing, especially John. Now, with doordash, we did not get anything that we ordered. I ordered extra ranches, which we did not get, in addition to the one that should have come with our garlic twists and the carmel suace that should have come with the cinnamon twists. Not happy at all. Please bring back your own employees.

RTP used to be the best pizza place around. The pizzas still good but so overpriced that it's just not enjoyable anymore on top of places being old & not enticing. I miss the pride places had. Remember Shakeys??
