I've never been embarrassed by a store in my life with what I just went through at the Folsom Sam's Club.

here is my observation and concern. complete idiocy for safety and cleanliness...and yet your ladies restrooms are disgusting. they've not seen real sanitation and deep cleaning in who knows long? months at a minimum. don't preach life safety when your restrooms are infested with germ filth that has not been appropriately cleaned or sanitized.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years for all our office needs and was disturbed by the fact that an old man decided to decline giving me a cart and ask me for a membership card. I was walking in at the same time as 10-15 other people and he decided to stop me as I was on a work call. I come here 1-2 times a week and I’m very curious as to why I was the one stopped and confronted with while other customers were grabbing carts and walking right in. Really hope it wasn’t because of my appearance and color of my skin.

Very friendly associates. They helped us find items and to understand the new policies due to the pandemic. My wife and I saw associates cleaning and using the 6 foot social distancing rule. It was a very pleasant shopping experience as usual. This is some of the many reasons we keep coming back to Sams Club

Today I was doing my shopping and my toddler was walking by this exercising machine that is a display and got his fingers hurt, is very unsafe the way was set up my older son ask for some ice and the employee told him he couldn’t get ice that he needed to buy it even though he told him it was for my toddler hand that just got injured and to added up employee saw everything how it happened and she didn’t do anything to help either.

Nice clean store. Merchandise displayed so it’s easily accessible. Helpful employees. Plenty of open check outs so no long wait time.

Horrible experience!!! I have a regular membership and went in at 10am to quickly grab a few items for an upcoming party. The cashier asked if I would like to upgrade my membership and I kindly said no thanks. Cashier says it will only cost you $XX to upgrade. Again, I kindly said no thank you, I don’t need it. Cashier then says your shopping hour starts at 10am. I looked at my phone and told the cashier it’s 10:11am and she said just so you know in the future. I sho
