We had an exceptional good first experience here. Celebrating a 10 year wedding anniversary and two birthdays we decided to finally try this place out and they made us feel so welcome. Food is high quality and well prepared, nicely portioned. Fast. All the people working there were genuinely nice and we enjoyed speaking with them. Seriously, this is the kind of experience we all want when going out. Thanks Scott’s seafood!

I threw a party at Scott's Seafood today for my parent's 50th anniversary. We had a party of 25. Everybody loved their food, the service was outstanding(kudos to Taylor and Kevin) and the environment was great. Guests were raving about the food and Taylor, our server was very accommodating with the elderly guests, my young nephew and everybody else. My parents loved their party and I was happy to organize the party, pay the bill and enjoy the celebration. We had a private room to ourselves with music playing and plenty of room to move around and socialize. We had alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, appetizers and ordered a variety of entrees from the menu. This party was a 10 out of 10. If I need to throw another party, there is no doubt I will be returning to Scott's Seafood.

Had lunch yesterday with big family and i enjoyed my halibut plate. Everything was cooled perfectly to my taste. Ice cream was good to ? ? Little pricey and small portions but as i said good food so is all worth it. Had nice walk around in the Old Folsom small shops after lunch.

Mother and have always loved Scott’s in Folsom but will never return after the relocation to sutter street. It was her 44th birthday. My treat. Reservations were for 6:30. We arrived at 6:30, but waited alone in the lobby. When 2 girls and a man (the Manager) approached the kiosk we asked about our reservations and were completely ignored by these bantering underage girls. No class. Scrolling on their phones and talking about highschool drama while we wait to checked in. Finally the manager repeats to the 2 girls about our reservation where we were ignored AGAIN. They then finally looked up long after the manager had left to deal with something else. and all was said was “Tiffany, 6:30? Please take a seat. Should only be a moment” The manager had come back and seen our frustration We took our seat and the manager came up to us to give a little sweet talk as it was clear he was aware of the incompetence of the staff and felt bad. We’re not sat until 7:10. My mother did not receive her wine until 7:30. An hour after our reservation. Food was brought out a half hour after our undercooked calamari appetizer which left me feel queasy despite calamari being my favorite dish. Waitress was professional and sweet but lacked experience. Did not know her crowds very well and would often only prioritize big tables. This a services management based issue. Lack of professionalism and even accountability. Unfortunately will not be returning as we didn’t receive any accommodation for absolutely horrible experience. Go to sutter street steakhouse! Amazing service and atmosphere and your wine is a top priority :)

Our servier was a delight and very attentive . She made certain we were comfortable bc we were outside and it was a very warm day. Our food was delicious and very well prepared. It was a very enjoyable dinner!
Food was outstanding and Christina, our server was excellent! My only issue was I requested a booth on my reservation. The hostess tried to seat us at a table in the very back of the restaurant where the sun was beating in on two of the chairs. I was very confused as The main restaurant was virtually empty... I promptly told her of my booth request. She has to go back up to the front to “do something “ before she could Move us. My other issue was the lack of toilet paper in the women's first stall. I was going to let the hostess know on my way back to my table but she was nowhere to be found. Other than those 2 hiccups, we all had a lovely meal/time.

Two of our house salads had no dressing, two half slices of cherry tomatoes, two slivers of cucumber. My prawns in the cocktail were smaller than usual and had less sauce as usual. Not up to your usual quality!!!

We love this restaurant. The appetizer special, shrimp wontons was delicious. Ordered the crab bisque, spicy is in its title, too spicy. Overpowers delicate crab flavor also could have used a touch of cream. Sent it back got the clam chowder which was better. Entree of scallops and risotto was delicious. Service was wonderful.

The Cesear salad was warm and the dressing was lousy. I can't believe they serve that every day. It was a birthday dinner and we told the Hostess that. No mention of it by the waiter. We were charged for a dessert.... anyways...way below previous visits. Mark
