This was my first visit to Shake Shack. It's located at the Palladio in Folsom. I went on a Friday around 1130am, so parking was plentiful. I was greeted by a staff person as soon as I entered. The menu and order/pick up counter are right at the entrance. Craving a burger and was going to stop at our regular spot but wanted to give this location a try. The burgers average about $12-$15 each. We ordered our burgers with bacon and when we got them there was no bacon inside , also after we gave it back to re-do they brought it back out but there were no sauce inside the burgers which made it extremely dry and hard to eat. Loud in the restaurant. The kiosks are too close to the ordering counter. When we walked in it looked like a crowd was trying to order from the counter but in reality they were gathered around the kiosks. Food was great! Service was good. They got the drinks mixed up and brought one wrong hamburger. We would still go back to eat!
