I go to Sourdough by my house and I've been to a few others and typically love there sandwiches but this location was not very good. I ordered a 6" pastrami and turkey and got back to my office and i was charged for a 6" but only received a 4" sandwich and this thing is tiny! With prices soaring for fast food I would think the girl working would have made sure my order was correct since there was no other customers inside. Also I've never received a sandwich from this company where the bread is not warm/fresh, well todays was cold! Never again!

Based on my experience, there’s greater than a 50% chance this location will forget to put on your pepperoncinis, cucumber, and pickles when ordering online for pick up. Disappointing because I really enjoy it when they actually get it right.

I've been to this location twice already and both times my sandwich has been over cooked.

The Turkey sandwich, sourcream and onion chips, and the lemon cookie were good! The lemon cookie was alright, but the rest of the food was so good! Best sandwich I have eaten in my life!

I went in at about noon today (a Sunday). There were two people working, and they were experiencing difficulties with store technology. This caused delay in production, and some upset/badgering customers. The two individuals who were working remained patient and kind. I’m sure it must have been a very frustrating position for them, there was nothing they could have done to fix it.
To the owners- your staff could use some more support- especially on a Sunday which I imagine is one of your busier days of the week.
To those inclined to badger when things aren’t going your way- it’s a bad look.
To the staff- thank you for your patience and kindness.

Never open in the evening when I want to pick up a baguette. They should change their evening hours to match the time they actually close.
Place was dirty and employees were rude and never greeted us. They ignored us when we said thank you and goodbye. Food was great, but wow these employees were were very unpleasant.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star that's how bad this place is. The sandwiches are served cold not toasted, who wants to eat a cold pastrami sandwich. My pastrami sandwich had peppers and 2" stems as well(nasty stems) they said it comes in a jar and they don't separate the stems from the peppers. This is unheard of and unacceptable practice, don't be lazy. My other sandwich has black wilty spring, how nasty!Avoid this place at all cost. This is my 1st and last time I come here. We are used toSan Francisco sourdough which is the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had.Oh while I was writing this review they forgot some else's sandwich ?
