I love this place. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location. My favorite is the crunchy chicken sandwich on their warm and delicious sourdough roll. YUMMMM! This place is in a strip mall with parking. They always serve you quickly and bring your food to your table. I have noticed a sign on the wall, the last few times I went there, showing they have gluten free wraps for the gluten free peeps looking for places to eat. If you like sourdough bread and sandwiches, this place is a MUST!!!

Never open in the evening when I want to pick up a baguette. They should change their evening hours to match the time they actually close.

Place was dirty and employees were rude and never greeted us. They ignored us when we said thank you and goodbye. Food was great, but wow these employees were were very unpleasant.

Great service, and they made my Cobb salad right where they did not cut corners . Overall the place was clean and the staff members were accommodating.

I was bit skeptical based off of reviews, but I was starving and I could not make a decision for any other location. To my surprise, service was great. I asked to sample the soups because and the lady working the counter was very polite and kind. The line to order is a bit confusing. Seems like they should clear this up. A few people came at once and everyone is all over the place and not following the lines instructions. Other than that, I'm happy to try this place again in the future.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star that's how bad this place is. The sandwiches are served cold not toasted, who wants to eat a cold pastrami sandwich. My pastrami sandwich had peppers and 2" stems as well(nasty stems) they said it comes in a jar and they don't separate the stems from the peppers. This is unheard of and unacceptable practice, don't be lazy. My other sandwich has black wilty spring, how nasty!Avoid this place at all cost. This is my 1st and last time I come here. We are used toSan Francisco sourdough which is the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had.Oh while I was writing this review they forgot some else's sandwich ?

My family especially my 8 year old loves coming here. He always gets the turkey sandwich and insists on a 5 star review. I like the hot sandwiches especially the french dip, bbq brisket, and buffalo chicken. Will be back soon.

I remember when this place was good. But something's changed. $19+ for a 4" sandwich that fell apart because the bread wasn't toasted, a lukewarm cup of soup and a fountain drink is absurd - even in today's stupid inflationary landscape. Plus, they quit carrying Tabasco and the counter person had "no idea" why. But for all that I probably wouldn't have minded the loud and stupid music they were playing, but instead it sealed the deal for me. Won't be returning after this lame experience.

Like the Sourdough and Co. sandwiches and soups, but this location consistently gets orders wrong. What's the point of custom ordering a sandwich if they are just going to make whatever they want. The latest example is a kids' meal (half a sandwich w/ macs and cheese, and a drink. Upon getting home, I found a full sandwich (not on sourdough), no macs and cheese, and 2 juice boxes. There ws also no side pickle after repeating the request 3 times. Customers really shouldn't have to check the order before walking out.

These last batch of employees are one of the most rude people I’ve encountered in the food service. Just taking the order was a bad start my “hello” and “how you doing” was met with a bothered face. After I bought my drink I found the soda machine had low flavor and no carbonation. I kindly pointed it out and no answer or resolution was offered. Had to throw empty cup in trash. When I got back to my car I found all the meat, or lack there of, was on one side of the sandwich. Good think MrPickles just around the corner.

This place is ok. For the price I would expect more. A six inch ham and turkey is around $15 and the amount of meat, in my opinion, should be more. The local shop has messed up our orders a few times, and the staff often don't acknowledge me when I walk in the door, even when they're just conversing amongst themselves. I would go to Beach Hut Deli in Folsom, or I'd make the drive to Granite Bay and go to Dominick's.
