Starbucks used to be good you could expect a consistent quality drink. Now you never if you are going to get a decent drink or a watered down drink. Additionally they consistently have issues with their inventory.On three separate occasions I have gone to this specific location and ordered something only to be told they didn't have it! one time I ordered through the app only to arrive and be told they didn't have it after driving there to pick up my order, so why is it available in the app. And nothing was offered for the inconvenience. They don't even brew bold roast after 10am anymore, nor do they offer a pour over like they used. Most recently I ordered a gingerbread latte only to be told they were out, fine whatever sucks and I should have expected so I instead ordered a brown sugar latte, only to get a drink that tasted watered down and had the faintest taste of brown sugar.Honestly, i think will just be sticking to Peet's or local places given the terrible service, that seems to be the only consistent thing from Starbucks these days. No wonder their stock is plummeting.

good coffee (as expected), however one the website it was listed that the location closed at 9:00 but when I went at 7:30 they where closed. so just don't at night I guess.

Sadly, this location caters to drive through and online orders. Walked in to order and waited over 20 min for one hot drink and ended up having to ask for a refund.

Careful, this location is extremely slow, my mobile order took close to 30 minutes, and every time I asked they said 5 minutes.

If you want 10 star service, please visit this Starbucks specifically! I place multiple orders in throughout the week via DoorDash at this location as my husband and I have been confined to our home as of late due to illness, and not only are all the orders ALWAYS perfectly and carefully made, but the AMAZING, *superstar* barista &/or restaurant lead (?), Valentina (Val) is BEYOND exceptional in EVERY way... This lovely young person's customer service is remarkable!!! Not only is Valentina sincerely kind and caring over the phone, but on multiple occasions, has gone out of their way to actually follow~up and make certain the order(s) I've placed have been delivered fully, correctly, and properly! Excellent customer service seems so few and far between these days, so Valentina's genuine professionalism is simply a breath of fresh air! Manager(s): Please make note of your incredible employee! This *SUPERSTAR* deserves a serious raise!!! (Valentina, thank you for being so amazing! My husband and I truly appreciate you! Keep rocking that shine of yours!!!)

my daughter went to this store to buy a cup of Frappuccino while I was shopping next door. She patiently waited for over 20 minutes and even asked the staff about her order, only to be told to keep waiting. It wasn't until I personally approached the staff to inquire about the delay that they admitted to forgetting my daughter's order.As a parent, it deeply saddens me that my young daughter had to go through such an ordeal while attempting to purchase a simple beverage. Waiting for more than 20 minutes, without being offered any explanation or apology, is both unacceptable and unprofessional.This Starbucks really needs to train their staff on customer service.

I love this place !.... I love the remodeling that they just did , staff is very friendly, specially the barista Val she makes my drinks so perfect and always has smile on her face . Food always tastes great . Love going there every morning!
